Apartment holiday rentals in Brickell, Miami

I booked this place for my birthday and I just have to say… they made this experience absolutely perfect and so easy and accommodating. I originally wanted to book it for 18-21 but, another customer booked it out for the 21st so they were able to book me another unit they have in the same building and communicated the steps and pricing immediately. To also learn that this is a family running this and funding this is absolutely remarkable and I am more than glad to support them. I cannot wait to book again. This unit is beautiful with an amazing view. Walking distance to the parking deck and across the street from a 7 eleven for any late night snacks! Walking distance to Bayside Market place which is sooo nice! The workers at Yotel are also super sweet and they have great Happy Hour deals for drinks on the ppl deck which is also beautiful. Thank you so much Avanti for making my birthday so amazing. I truly appreciate the quick communication and accommodations.

One of my favorite locations I have stayed in here in Miami. The hosts’ were Incredibly friendly, accommodating and communicative. I would move in it I could. 10/10 would recommend.

This place is beautiful. My wife and I enjoyed the place. Great balcony where you can view the bay and the pool below. We will be back. We recommended this spot to our friends and family.

Had a great time!! Very responsive and kind host! Diego made sure that we had clear instructions on entering the building, check in/out times, and had great recommendations! The condo was in the perfect spot in Brickell, extremely walkable to restaurants, cafes, shopping centers, and very affordable ubers. I will definitely be returning!!

Absolutely loved my stay here! The location by Bayside couldn’t have been better—super walkable and close to everything. Check-in was a breeze, and the host was really responsive and helpful throughout. The place was spotless and exactly as pictured. Would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Miami!

I stayed here with my wife for two weeks and had a great experience. The apartment looks exactly like the photos—everything was clean, modern, and in perfect condition. All the appliances are brand new and of excellent quality, and the shower was truly next level! Elizabeth, the host, was super helpful and responsive throughout our stay. Highly recommended—I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Miami.

This studio was a great size for me & my husband. We had enough space & a great walk in closet to put all our stuff. A/C was always working , everything was clean, pool was the cherry on top.

Great location to stay. Great choice’s of restaurants within walking distance, if you’re not in to utilizing the kitchen amenities. The host is also willing to be of any assistance if needs be from restaurants to excursion/ activities. Our stay was quiet and comfortable. I highly recommend staying with Sunshine rentals you won’t regret your stay here.

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful condo in Brickell! The location was perfect—right in the heart of Miami, close to great restaurants, shopping, and nightlife, yet still quiet and peaceful inside the unit. The condo itself was spotless, stylish, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing and convenient stay. The views were stunning, especially at sunset! The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my visit, making check-in and check-out a breeze. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and thoughtful touches that made the place feel like a home away from home. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Miami. Thank you for a fantastic experience!

Cedrine was an outstanding host! From the moment I arrived, she was responsive, and helpful. The place was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and in a great location. What really stood out was how thoughtful and attentive she were throughout my stay. It made a big difference and truly enhanced the whole experience. Lovely apartment with amazing views and very comfortable furnishings. Excellent layout with a long inside hallway that separates the bedrooms from the entrance and living areas. Nice new washer dryer. Pleasant outdoor space. The apartment worked well for us and we will definitely return!!

Avery’s home was an 11/10. If I lived in Miami full time, I’d want her help to stage & furnish my place. Her home was not only stunning (better than photos!) but I felt very safe staying there, as the area is filled with things to do & places to eat. I came for a 2 week work trip and was sad to leave. I felt so much at home & Avery’s communication was impeccable from the beginning. If you can snag this home, do it!! I’ll def be booking again :)

Best location in Coconut Grove, and this unit has a beautiful view. Hosts were immediately responsive to requests, and were able to accommodate another night when my travel plans changed. I’d highly recommend!

Safe place with good views and near pretty much everything ! I've never been to Miami but if you are staying in the area you definitely don't need to rent a car.
