Louie’s place was clean and good value. It is in a building that could have been a little cleaner in staircase. The pizza place below is open late and you can def hear some of the activity going on. Other than that it was huge and had an enough room and beds for more than 6 people. Louie let us check out late after flights got cancelled. He was very responsive and would def stay there again

Excellent location! Few minutes to the beach. We choose this to stay away from South Beach hustle and bustle, but ir was very easy to get there for shopping and restaurants (even free bus are stopping almost outside of the building). Maria was super responsive all the times and really helped us out with flexible check-out, because our flight times have been changed. Really good place to stay!

Cecili’s apartment is nice and tidy and with a perfect view of the city, especially from the rooftop pool. She is quick to respond and even helped us get into the mailbox that otherwise isn’t available to you normally. Thank you for the stay.

Es un lugar perfecto, para mi lo fue porque está cerca de varias estaciones de transporte público como lo es el tren o el metrover. El lugar es hermoso la piscina hermosa, lo único es que se escucha un poco el sonido de la calle, pero pues al ser Downtown es algo muy normal, realmente disfruté mucho la estadía, la zona segura y muy concurrida.
