Condo holiday rentals in Brickfields

This is the second apartment I rent in this residence and from this host who is very helpful and responsive. Communication was very fluid and he was always available to answer our questions. The apartment is located in a beautiful, well-maintained residence and equipped with a gym, children's play areas, sauna, jacuzzi and 2 swimming pools, one of which is an infinity pool with a great view of the Merdeka Tower. The residence is close to KL's attractions (by transport) and small convenience stores and restaurants are just downstairs. This is the perfect place to stay in KL in a very clean and spacious apartment within this residence which is very quiet.

The apartments fully correspond to the description (and in fact even better!) — spacious, modern, impeccably clean and incredibly cozy. But the main thing is, of course, the stunning view of the Petronas towers. Every morning began with a cup of coffee by the window, and I still remember those moments with delight. It is especially beautiful at night, when the towers sparkle with lights - like in the movies! The location is excellent: everything is nearby — shopping centers, cafes, metro. The building itself is very well maintained, with security, fast elevators and a cool swimming pool with a panoramic view of the city. The host is great! Very responsive, always in touch, gave useful advice. There was a real feeling of concern for guests. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for stylish, comfortable and memorable accommodation in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. Will definitely be back!

The flat is as described and even better. The view, the amenities and layout are great, we definitely felt lucky to be there during our stay in KL. Man is an excellent host, he was always there to support us should we need anything. Proactive, excellent communication, he did his best to accomodate us and make our stay better and he succeeded. He as exquisite taste, the flat was well decorated and furnished.

We stayed here for 3 weeks with a 3 yr and 1 yr old. It was a clean spacious apartment conveniently located near stores and the monorail and a short drive from many parks and attractions. Winnie was a very responsive host and arranged for cleaning during our stay as well. The building amenities were also nice with a great view, especially the infinite pool of Merdeka tower and stadium. She was especially considerate of the children's needs, providing a baby cot, baby bath, and even bottle warmer and a lot of toys and books!

I recommend King's apartment to anyone looking for an affordable accomodation in KL. In reality the apartment is even better than on pictures. The place was spotless, with everything you may need for longer stays (e.g. wifi, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine). There is a terrace on 42th floor with very good view at Merdeka 118 and in a distance you will be able to see Petronas Twin Towers and KL Tower as well. The view is especially good at night, when city is illuminated.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The place is incredibly spacious and felt very comfortable throughout our stay. One of the absolute highlights was the breathtaking view from both the balcony and the bedroom — we found ourselves just lying in bed and enjoying the stunning cityscape. The location is perfect, with excellent public transport connections and a shopping center right next door that made everything super convenient. The building itself is modern and offers great amenities, including several pools and a well-equipped gym, which we really appreciated. Communication with the host was seamless, and check-in/check-out was completely hassle-free. Highly recommended — we’d love to stay here again!

Stayed for a month at this place, there’s a monthly discount which gave us a great deal. Would recommend.

My family of 4 really had a comfortable and relaxing stay at this property. Natalie was the most gracious host who is very accommodating with questions and additional request. I really appreciate the flexibility and detailed instructions that she provided. On top of that, Natalie also went above and beyond to ensure we are comfortable due to the duration of the stay. the accommodation is located in on the shopping mall. So I could go market to buy fruits and drinks. there is very nearby Desa Park city, went for a walk with my family. it was good accommodation for holidays.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The host was very responsive and provided clear instructions, making check-in and our stay smooth. The location was great, and the city view from the unit was amazing. We did notice a few small stains on the curtains, but the host was extremely proactive and offered to have them cleaned right away. Their attentiveness and hospitality really made a difference! Overall, we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience and would definitely stay here again.

I am very satisfied. There are many restaurants there. The house is also clean and comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay at Stephen's place in KL. The location is perfect, walkable to any kind of food you might want to try, to the malls, etc. The building is well equipped with a pool, gym and other amenities. The apartment feels like a proper home, which we enjoyed. Aside from some maintenance issues, the cleanliness was very good. Chitra the housekeeper was extremely friendly and helpful all along. Stephen responds very fast to any questions or concerns. We stayed for 2 months and had an issue with the freezer/fridge but it was resolved very promptly. Unfortunately there was construction in the building for 1 entire month which we would have liked to know in advance but sadly it was a surprise, in the end they were only very loud for a handful of days and the rest was tolerable. We would definitely stay at Stephen's place again when back in KL.

Nice apartment, my second time staying at this condo but first time in this unit. Everything was as in the photos and description and I would stay here again. Had an aircon issue but it was fixed straight away. Takes a while before messages are read - it does say communication can take up to five hours for a reply - in an emergency this would be a long time. Suggestions - a small pair of kitchen scissors, some garbage bags for the bin and a kettle upgrade as the button doesn’t work properly. Thank you again

Great host very friendly and flexible. I have no doubt that he will be quick to respond to any issues. A strategically close place in Bukit Bintang. The safety of the place is guaranteed. I will come again.

First of all hats off to the host for being so meticulous and thoutful about the needs of the visitors. The suit was well equipped and was very handy as we travelled light. It felt like home and was very clean. The host also responded quickly to all the queries. This place is also very close to most of the major attractions in KL. We enjoyed our stay and I would recommend this place if anyone's visiting KL.
