Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Bridgend County Borough

Had everything we needed for a mini break for 8 good friends. Loved all the tvs for our video games and massive table for board games. We absolutely loved the outdoor spa area. Everyone really enjoyed it.

Such a lush stay with the girls. Had everything we needed and couldn’t believe how big the place was! 🤩 Hot tub was great and loved the area as we could go for walks!

We booked the property for a 30th birthday surprise for me niece as she lives in Exeter and we hadn't seen her for her birthday. The place was amazing so spacious, we loved the hot tub, the games room, well all of it. In the kitchen there is everything that you would need, Heidi has covered everything that you could need. We had a small problem with the hot tub and messaged Heidi and she replied straight away. The bedrooms are so luxurious and again everything you need was there, hairdryers, iron, towels. We went out for lunch on Sunday to The Loft was so lovely and Heidi gave us a discount code so we had 10% discount. We will definitely be booking again and definitely recommend staying here. I stayed as a group of 8. Communication with the host was excellent. They extended our check in and out time which meant there was no rush. This truly is a 1970s style house, if you want ultra modern with all the mod cons its not for you but as a novelty stay to celebrate a birthday it provided the unique stay we were looking for in a great location to visit the waterfalls, zip worker and Brecon Beacons. The town is walking distance, where we went for a Weatherspoons breakfast. The kitchen was fully equipped and we managed to cook for 8 without issue, there is an air fryer and a coffee machine which although not 80s themed were appreciated. There is plenty of car parking, we had 3 cars which all fitted on the drive (including a van). Overall a very enjoyable stay thank you x

Great location with a quick walk into the main town. This place has everything you need. The dart board and Pac Man was a nice extra touch! I'd definitely recommend staying here. 10/10 value for money.

Not enough characters for everything we wish to say. Wow wow wow! This was an absolutely INCREDIBLE stay! The hosts have thought of everything possible and we are sure it is more stocked with everything you could possible need more than our own homes! Michaela's seperate directions she sends are spot on to the millimeter and lands you directly to the paradise of where you are about to stay. Everything was absolutely perfect. The instructions needed for anything possible, was provided and the endless phone numbers in the book incase of emergencies is something I have never seen at an AIRBNB before! So well thought of! Our age range of our group was 30-70 and everything was though of. This place caters for all! and if you wish to book with babies/children and dogs then do it! It is a safe and well thought of place and the hosts, family and any staff should be soo so proud! Thank you again ladies! We will be booking again next year! :)

Poop table is a small table with small cues and restricted space, so we didn't use it much. The hottub I used but a few of the lads didn't feel it was very clean and opted not to use it. Having been away to places before I'll admit it wasn't the cleanest hottub I've been in (I run my own at home too). Would be good to have clearer instructions regarding bins 😁

Enjoyable overnight stay! Despite the not so pleasant weather the cabin itself and hot tub was more than enough to keep myself and my partner both relaxed and entertained. Danielle went above and beyond with birthday decorations, treats and essentials which made my partner’s birthday extra special. Highly recommend this beautiful, warm, cosy cabin. Everything you could need for your stay and cleanliness was exceptional. The local Chinese takeaway was the best we’ve ever had. Thank you Danielle and Keith for all the effort you put in to making this stay a magical one for visitors. Hot tub was outstanding and of a high quality purchase. Would love to revisit again to enjoy a stay with warm sunny skies.

Lovely and peaceful cabin. Maria was extremely friendly and informative. She was also quick to respond to any queries we may have had. Would highly recommend this cabin if you looking for a place that is private but close to activities such as hiking and MTB trails which there is allot around.

We loved it. The area is beautiful with lots of sheep and lambs about. The accommodation itself was lovely and peaceful. The hot tub was electric and inside there were Bluetooth speakers in the ceiling. All the amities you need and checking in was so easy. Really recommend this place, thank you!

Joe was an absolutely fantastic host! He was incredibly friendly and always responded to our messages super fast. The hot tub was really easy to get the hang of, and the views were just unreal. We're already planning our next trip back :)

The outdoor space was AMAZING for children. Huge garden space with goals and a little slide and swing. The peacefulness is guaranteed. The lodge itself was spacecious with everything you could need (and this is where Sam doesn't shout about the thoughtfulness of the lodge - I haven't been to another Airbnb where toilet roll, soap, washing up liquid, a sponge, tea/coffee/sugar are there to start you off so that you can rock up and just start your holiday - huge thank you for this Sam). The beds are very comfortable. The games room space was a bonus. The hot tub was huge asset which we even used in the rain. This was maintained on our behalf during our stay. Sam was proactive contacting us on the morning of arrival and sending a dropped pin so that we found the lodge easily (again, how many hosts actually do this). When we asked about what to do about stripping beds etc. he told us not to worry and the cleaning company would do this (yay!!!!!). In short, we will be back.

We had a lovely stay at Layla’s lookout. It’s very private and quiet (apart from welcome sheep noise in the distance 😊) . There is a good distance apart from the other places to stay and they don’t overlook each other and you can’t hear other people either. The view is amazing and we really liked the hot tub. I really appreciated having all the instructions around, as well as the drinks provided and plenty of towels, which are much needed between using the hot tub and showering. It was all very easy. Thank you.
