The Annex at The Oaks

The Annex is a separate building on two floors. The bedroom and bathroom are upstairs. There is a kingsize bed and a sofa bed available. We do provide extra laundry for the sofa bed at a cost of £15. Please let me know if you require the sofa bed making up. To access the bedroom are external stairs. Downstairs is a great open plan living space. There is private parking. Ross town is a mile away. PLEASE NOTE: the Annexe is next to a busy main road and traffic can be heard from the Annexe.

Clairville Apartment: Garden Terrace, Central Ross

Clairville is among the oldest sandstone buildings (circa 1600s) in central Ross-on-Wye. This beautiful cottage was formerly a working Forge for the local estate. It was lovingly restored in 2021 retaining many original features including a log burner, stripped wooden floors and original oak beams. It is located in the small hamlet of Hom Green, 2 miles from Ross-On-Wye which is in the heart of the picturesque Wye Valley. The 136 mile Wye Valley walk passes within a mile of the property which is ideal for you and your dog to explore the hills, limestone gorges and viewpoints.

The Haystore is a self-contained annexe to our listed Barn. It is approached down a country lane through our lovely neighbours' farm. The Haystore has been fully refurbished to provide gorgeous accommodation with direct access onto National Trust parkland and the Wye Valley AONB. Within walking distance is a farm shop, and a little further two award winning pubs. Ross-on-Wye, Symonds Yat and the Black Mountains are a short drive making us an ideal base to explore the wider area.

'Abode' at Wellsbrook Barn - A peaceful and relaxing one bedroom, dog friendly, private annexe near to the market town of Ross-on-Wye with parking and a gate for dog security. We are surrounded by lovely walks and lots to discover including the Wye Valley, Forest of Dean, Hay-on-Wye, Symonds Yat and many other beautiful places. Paddle boarding, cycling and canoeing are within easy reach. Close by is the village pub, The Yew Tree, with its very own cider shop just next door.
