The property is a large lower ground floor flat that consists of two beautiful bedrooms and two stunning ensuite bathrooms. It has a warm and welcoming open plan living space and kitchen. The main double bedroom is very large with a comfortable seating area, a TV and a writing desk. It has a beautiful ensuite bathroom with bath and shower. The room also benefits from a walk-in wardrobe. The second ensuite bedroom is smaller but has a king-size bed that can be converted to 2 single beds on request. The room has a TV and built-in storage. The open plan kitchen and living area is a great place to eat and be social. It contains a large TV and plenty of comfortable seating. The kitchen has an integrated fridge, dishwasher and cooker. There's a separate utility room which has a washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave and a large fridge freezer. The flat has 3 smart TVs and a Sonos speaker in the living area. The flat is in an old Victorian building and we are very mindful and respectful to our neighbours. The flat is in the bustling Seven Dials area with family-friendly parks, cafes, boutique shopping, and charming pubs nearby. The lively waterfront of Brighton, the beach, the boardwalk, and an array of restaurants and shops are just steps away. Most parts of the city are easily readable by foot from the flat. If you're driving, there is on-street paid parking nearby. Alternatively, there's loads of great transport options nearby to get around and see the city including city bikes and buses. Fantastic location really close to the beach and mid way between the centre of town and the Marina so both are within easy walking distance. The cafes and shops of Kemptown village are less than 100 yards from the front door but the flat itself is in a quiet residential street. The property has its own private secluded garden which catches the sun and provides an oasis of calm. There’s a sea view from the bay window in the living room, and a well equipped kitchen that opens onto the garden.

Upper Rock Gardens

My place is located on the first floor of the property it has stairs leading up to the front door. When inside there are stairs to reach flat. It is close to restaurants and bars, there is also a wide selection of shops including 3 supermarkets, Laundry. You’ll love my place because of the comfy small double bed, which has "Emma" memory foam mattress. Bedding and towels are provided. Parking is a challenge, however, please contact me regarding vouchers, pay on arrival

Beautiful apartment right by Brighton beach! (2min walk.)One bedroom apartment available in the heart of Brighton to rent for business trips ,short weekend away or long stays! Fantastic location just within a few minutes walk of the Brighton Pier,seafront, i360 and only a 3 min walk to the famous Brighton lanes. Unfortunately the apartment isn’t suitable for children,it’s a very busy area with bar downstairs and lots of stairs,I don’t recommend at all.
