Loved my stay. Perfect for purpose little idyllic spot. I’m a fan of tiny homes and this is a very similar size accomodation. The bed was really comfy and the bedding was pristine. Kitchen is a little dated but completely functional and Jennine has thought of everything her guests may need. The bathroom is beautiful and modern with decent water pressure allowing for a nice shot shower. The bath and the garden were amazing. Unfortunately, I didn’t get to use the bath as I had a lot of work to do during my stay. I did feel a little vulnerable sleeping beneath that huge Manna Gum tree but I did know that was going to be the case prior to my booking. But I could never have predicted the spectacular storm and power cut and sleeping under that tree! I must admin to being a bit worried about it. Jennine was proactive, and she messaged me where to find emergency candles. Couldn’t have asked for a more accomodating owner. Very happy I chose this peaceful place. Thank you Jennine.

Barbara is lovely, friendly and incredibly helpful - a joy to be with. The garden is an oasis and the location is within a couple of minutes of the train, great shops and eateries. It is also close to the beach. The bungalow is cozy with everything you could need. I highly, highly recommend staying here. Thank you so much Barbara 🌸

Anthony’s place was perfect and we’ll definitely be coming back. If you want to really feel like you’re in Melbourne, stay there. It feels like you live there and can easily slot into life with bikes available and a courtyard with the cutest cat called Cloud. Anthony was friendly and beyond helpful, such an easy and flexible stay. We will be staying again!

We had a lovely stay at the Treetops Cottage. The accommodation was clean and well appointed with a well stocked kitchen. Sally was kind enough to have cofee, tea, milk and some other necessities on hand for us to use. This included Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Wash etc in the bathroom. Plenty of clean linens/pillows/towels/blankets were provided to use. The property was lovely and peaceful and matched the photos and description perfectly. It was nice to have a cozy space after long cold days in sports stadiums and the heating was adequate for the space. The bed was very comfortable and the pull out sofa bed was easy to use and perfect for my 11yr son. Sally and her partner were very lovely and welcoming while still allowing us our privacy, however made it known that we could reach out if anything was needed. I would not hesitate in recommending others to stay and would gladly return myself.

A beautiful guest house overlooking a gorgeous pool & garden. The homemade lemon cupcakes, fresh bread, chocolate & homemade strawberry jam on arrival were a lovely touch. The amenities were excellent - we loved the bone china teacups + saucer, multitude of tea + coffee options, and luxurious bed linen. Our host Peter was very friendly and responsive to our messages. The checkin & checkout process was simple & efficient. A very pleasant spot for a weekend getaway.

The apartment is gorgeous ! Highly recommend all of you to live in here. Here you got everything you needed! The place is clear and the host is nice.

It was truly a lovely stay for my family of 2 adults and 2 children. The beds were comfortable ( I'm pretty fussy about mattress comfort). The kitchen was well-stocked, which made cooking easy. The plentiful drinks, fruits, bread, yoghurt, etc., were much appreciated. Having birds and bird seeds to feed them were a blessing. We loved the peaceful nature surroundings and convenient location to sightsee around Mornington. Highly recommended!

This stay was absolutely wonderful! The host and their family were extremely welcoming and thoughtful. They provided us with a fully stocked kitchen (fruit, spices, drinks, bread, eggs, milk ect). The space was comfortable, clean, and had unique decor. The family took time to bond with us and offered us delicious coffees to go when we checked out (they also own a delicious cafe!) The house is stocked with books, card and board games. Additional highlights include their dog which is incredibly friendly and well behaved, as well as the good location (near shopping centres and brief drive to the CBD). Thank you for the amazing experience, we enjoyed our time greatly!!

It’s always fantastic to find such a terrific dog friendly place to stay and this apartment in Elwood is superb. Within easy walking distance to cafes, restaurants, beach, parks. Secure parking, and a fabulous roof top area with views to the city and the bay. The apartment is spacious, clean, so warm and very comfortable. Our host was super - helpful, friendly, responsive and so very generous and thoughtful with everything. Highly recommend staying here and I really hope to do so again on our next visit to Melbourne.

Great short stay. Gorgeous little cottage that was so easy for accessing that side of town. Absolutely spotless and incredibly cosy. Anthony and Beatriz had warmed our stay on a cold winters day by putting on our heating in advance. Just right ! Many thanks again.

Michael was a great host, responsive and had easy to follow instructions. The dog barely barked and it’s a nice peaceful neighbourhood. The apartment was spotless and perfect for a couple nights away.

Great place to stay in Maribyrnong, just a walk away from Footscray and Highpoint

Property was as described, clean and tidy. It was a nice cosy stay. However the only recommendation I can make to Nerida is to have a washing machine and a dryer available for convenience 😊😊 It was a pleasant stay and met our needs for the week we were there. Highly recommend to others looking for a place to stay.

Helena & David are wonderful hosts & it is obvious that they care about their guests enjoying their stay. The apartment is very well appointed & they seem to have thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. Being on a laneway, it is quiet while still being close the Errol Street shops & restaurants. If North Melbourne is the area you want to stay then this is a gem.

Great little place and I really had a lovely peaceful time here. Was able to have some me time, while also spending a lot of time with my family who live near. Walking distance from a supermarket, gym, the beach front, Altona train stop - super easy to get around - would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at Oikis worked really well for my husband and I, a retired Adelaide couple who were visiting Melbourne for five nights to catch up with family. The unit has a Scandi feel and has been cleverly designed to catch the northern sun and garden views from the living room and bedroom. With high ceilings, it is spacious, private and light filled. The kitchen is really functional, has a large fridge, oven and hot plates. Tessa was a great host, quick to respond (much better than us!). The bed was comfortable. Melbourne was super cold so we didn’t explore the local area much on foot, but enjoyed a walk around the nearby Coburg lake

Ange‘s guestroom was the perfect location for me and right smack in front of the tram stop 96 which took me into the city , visiting the South Melbourne and Queen Victoria markets and also St Kilda beach at the end stop . There are quality cafes within walking distance , beautiful walks along the Merri creek and the CERES and parks. Her guestroom was private separate from the Main building . Ange was very responsive to a few issues with cleanliness that I encountered on the day that I arrived and also with the cleaning company on the day that I left, but she resolved it immediately.

Really excellent location, close to a range of excellent food and shops on Sydney Rd, and direct access to to trams on Sydney Rd and Lygon St. The flat is sparse, simple and clean - perfect for the traveller who wants to explore the city. Would stay again.

I really enjoyed staying at Denise's place. It's a very cute second floor space in the back of her courtyard separate from the house. It was very cozy and comfortable. I was able to do laundry and hang them on the laundry line in the backyard. Great windows out front that welcomed the morning sun. And very easy to get to the local train station which was under a five minute walk away. Lots to do in the area in very safe. Thank you Denise!

I love this place and it is one of the best Airbnb's I have stayed it. This place is very newly renovated and very clean like new home, everything is new and very well maintained. Bronte was an excellent host. Super friendly and accommodating. The place is a perfect little self contained space. Spotlessly clean and some lovey little touches. The park across the road was lovely for a walk and a play on the playground.
