Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Brindisi

Adorable apartment close to the center of town. Easy communication with the host. Five minute easy walk to historic center. The place was clean and the key easy to use. I reccomend this home.

A comfy home with beautiful high vaulted ceilings. It has a huge rooftop terrace where you can enjoy a drink at the end of the day. Massimo was easy to communicate with and kind enough to swap mattresses so the firmest one was on the down stairs bed for us. There is a quite steep, winding and narrow staircase to get into the apartment and more to get to the second bedroom and also the rooftop terrace which adds to its charm but may not be suitable for the elderly and unfit. Its in a very quiet location only 10 minute walk from the station and only a few minutes to bars and restaurants.

We arrived late in the evening because of a delay in our flight. Cosimo's parents nevertheless welcomed us very, very warmly, took a lot of time to show us everything and even got us a pizza. The house is perfect, nice and quiet, offers plenty of space to relax. All the basic equipment you need was there. The house is beautiful, modern and practically furnished and equipped with many small thoughtful details. The outdoor area is very spacious and offers plenty of shade. It's only a few meters to the beach, and during the week there were no people there. We had a perfect week.

Iacopo was the best host I have experienced on Airbnb He'd thought of everything, every little detail was catered for. He explained everything clearly at check in and have left some thoughtful welcome amenities. The house is in the middle of the beautiful historic centre. I couldn't recommend this highly enough

A wonderful four night stay in the historic centre of Lecce. The apartment/house was larger than expected. Perfect for families or friends travelling together. Giorgia was a great host, meeting us early at the apartment so we could store our cases. She provided drinks and breakfast food. All those little extras make for a special stay. I highly recommend a stay at Giorgia’s house.

The optimal accommodation for two, for a few days in this wonderful little town! It's small but super organized. Everything is super clean. The location is awesome. Only a few steps from the pedestrian zone, but still away from the hustle and bustle. And Vito is a very pleasant host. Thank you again!

Very charming apartment. Good beds, well-equipped kitchen, working smart TV. In a beautiful setting with beautiful beaches and an old town. Parking in the neighborhood is a bit more difficult, but there is always a place to find, even if it is a bit further away. Host is very helpful and hospitable.

A beautiful apartment with unique 360 rooftop views in the truly glorious Gallipoli! The roof terraces are the star of the show and we enjoyed breakfasts and lunches on one, sunbathing on loungers and drinking morning coffees and sunset drinks on the top one - spectacular and incredibly peaceful! The master bedroom was very comfortable and the main bathroom was great, too. The kitchen was really well set-up. Close to everything you could want in Gallipoli! Marta and Tiziana were very responsive. If I had to flag one thing, it would be that because it isn't a self-check-in apartment, there is an extra charge for checking in after 8pm. Our arrival time was dictated by flights that changed after we had booked them, so this was out of our control. I appreciate that the apartment is run by a property business and you may need to pay staff to be available out of hours, but it's worth factoring this into your budget if you know you will arrive late. Still an exceptional experience!

A fabulous apartment. The roof terrace e was huge, nestled in the rooftops with views of the sea. We could have spent our entire trip there. There was an additional terrace so plenty of space. Marco went out of his way to offer advice, book a restaurant for our first night and offer sunbeds at a local Lido (GBeach). I could not recommend more highly. Hope to return in the future 😊👍

Every time you travel, you have that feeling of finding something new, although being a host deserves to have the desire and time, this woman and her partner have left us wanting to know them more, they are charming people, respectful, reliable, and very kind and gentle, we will gladly see them again in their beautiful apartment. The space is even bigger than in the pictures. The bed was very comfy and it had plenty of amenities. The host always responded well and provided us with fresh coffee and towels. Nice quiet location, 20 minute drive to Alberobello, Monopoli, and Polignano a Mare.

Angelo is one of the best hosts we've encountered. He responded promptly to all our questions before we arrived, picked us up and dropped us off at the train station. He had wine waiting for us at the house when we arrived. We miscalculated the availability of bus service in May, thinking we could bus from Casalabete to Brindisi to rent a car. Angelo anticipated our need and arranged a car rental for us. On the way out he even took a detour to show us some features of the area we asked about. The house is in a nice location, right over the dunes from the beach. The yard and pool are exceptionally nice, with plenty of outdoor seating areas in a private setting. The house is comfortable, but a bit dated inside, with a small kitchen (although it has lots of refrigerator and freezer space) and could use some better lighting. This is a really nice place for a beach vacation.

This is an extremely beautiful house in a perfect environment. It is very well furnished, sparkling clean and invites you to linger. We enjoyed the stay with the very nice pool and had been received very friendly and attentive beforehand. All in all highly recommended!

We had a wonderful time at Stefano's place with our family of 5. The property and home are beautiful. The kids enjoyed playing in the yard. There is ample patio space for dining or relaxing. We went off season and didn't use the pool but it looks wonderful for the summer. The old stone part of the house has great character. The hot tub is a great way to relax. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. We had plenty of room to spread out and relax. It's a short 10 minute drive to Ostuni, which has plenty of restaurants, shops, and things to see. We greatly enjoyed our time and would highly recommend the place to anyone visiting the area.

We needed our own space for a family trip. It was an excellent choice. Sergio was kind, and he communicated comfortably and quickly, so I was very comfortable from check-in to check-out. It's a great place to stay for a warm and peaceful moment in southern Italy, a little away from everyday life!

Wonderful hosts very warm and friendly . Antonio and Claudio are a delight. Very comfortable house with magnificent gardens and great swimming pool. Any easy 20min drive to gorgeous Lecce and close by to lots of other parts of Salento. A magical oasis in which to relax between adventures! Handy restaurant next door at the Agritourismo.

Our family had the most wonderful time at Villa Favorita! The property and villa is incredibly beautiful and clean. Every detail was considered and Daniela was an exceptional host. Trullo Silentio is a magnificent property,we spent beautiful days in absolute peace and tranquility. A beautiful place to explore wider Puglia from. Great host. Would return. Situated just north of Porto Cesareo. Car essential with parking space inside secure perimeter walls. Most sights were 45-90 minute drive. Modern, clean with comfortable furnishings and beds. Well equipped kitchen. Self-catered: 20 mins to nearest Lidl. Short drive to reach restaurants (10 minutes). End of October still warm and sunny in daytime (shorts, t-shirt and slides). Able to swim in small pool (very refreshing though ☺️) and in the sea at nearby beach (5 mins walk: sandy and shallow). Arrived after a severe rain so suffered more with mosquitoes outside which stopped us sitting out in the evenings sadly. Solar-powered hot water very limited (max 2 very short showers). No hot water from kitchen tap. Immersion heater did not seem to get temperature past tepid even after a couple of hours. Would be less of an issue in high summer. Out of season largely was silent around (beach club noise one evening).
