Unbeatable location and view, with so many thoughtful little touches. Hosts could not have been nicer.

Loved staying here— it was off the beaten path of main Newport which gave me the opportunity explore the areas that weren’t just on the tourist side! The drive to the main area of Newport was maybe 6 minutes…making it incredibly convenient but peaceful. The large bed was very comfortable, and Anne was a very kind host who gave me some good recommendations for indoor things to do in the case of some bad weather. Would stay here again!

The property is beautiful, they’ve done a great job with it - it’s the perfect spot for a weekend getaway. It’s clean, private, quiet - and our dog loved having a huge yard/grounds to explore. Kim and Lisel are both wonderful, really helpful and proactive about checking in to see how everything was going throughout our stay. It’s a very quick drive to downtown Newport and all the spots that any out of town guests may want to see. Definitely recommend staying at the barn!

We had a lovely stay at Keith and Efa’s. The unit was very clean, bright, cheerful and comfortable. We appreciated the full size fridge and sitting area on the front porch. Easy to find on street parking and walking distance to a cute little bakery (Provençal). A short drive to the waterfront and Thames St.

We stayed here for my wedding. Tatiana was so kind and always responsive. When we arrived she showed us around and ensured our comfort. Thank you for a great stay!

We only stayed for one night, but I wish we had been able to stay longer! It was clean and cozy with a beautiful view right on the water. Cara was responsive and provide clear instructions for check in and check out.

We stayed for two nights. Loved the small patio! Bed was a bit small, but it was as listed, a full bed, so be aware. Apartment was cozy and everything we needed. Coffee, shampoo and other extras, which was great. Parking lot and walking distance to downtown (30-40min). All in all we enjoyed our stay. Thank you

Really lovely place. It is a separate, little place with a separate entrance in the back. A little small if you have kids and are planning to just hang out there, but otherwise great.

Quiet neighborhood. Ellery responded quickly to messages. Her instructions were clear. She added nice touches like providing a welcome cookie and a parting gift!

This airbnb was exactly what we were looking for- in an amazing location, with parking, and very comfortable. The hosts were very kind and accommodating. This is a great stay for people who want to explore Newport; would be less ideal for people who want to spend a lot of time hanging out in the airbnb; however, there’s an adorable porch to enjoy during nice weather!

Absolutely loved this Airbnb! My fiancé and I were here in winter to explore Newport and it was a perfectly cozy place to land! Since it's a basement apartment it was a little cold when we arrived but once we turned the heat on, it warmed up quickly. We loved how easy it was to get to everything around town. So many great restaurants and things to do within only a 10 minute walking distance! We'd definitely stay here again and hopefully we'll be able to come back to Newport during the warmer months!

We had a wonderful stay here in Newport. The place was exactly as listed. I loved that we had some outdoor space to eat breakfast or just enjoy the fresh air. The place was tidy and comfortable. We were a walkable distance from the water and downtown. I also really loved the neighborhood, many colonial/historic homes with beautiful gardens. It was a very nice area to just stroll around and enjoy the scenery.

Paris was a wonderful host and the space along with the outdoor property was better than expected. My husband and I stayed for a week with our young children. My kids has a great time and Paris was incredibly kind and welcoming towards us and our kids. We are definitely planning to come back!

This spot was perfect for a 2 person stay. It had everything you would need for a nice stay! Vicky was super responsive and kind. The studio isn’t walkable to downtown but there are many Ubers around which what we did. The studio was clean and exactly like the photos. Check in and out was super easy. Loved it!!

Was exactly as described. Perfect location for walking to shops and restaurants. Staff was wonderful! Suite was perfect.

Connie and Frank’s house is in a great location in the middle of Jamestown with easy access to the local restaurants and close to the different state parks on the island. The top floor suite is a very nice space. Very clean. Connie is a great host. The baked goodies she provides are very nice!

My fiance and I wanted to explore Newport for our anniversary and Sally and Dusty’s place did not disappoint. It was conveniently located, clean, accurately depicted via the photos provided, in fact even BIGGER than it appeared in photos, and was located in a very quiet, peaceful, and safe neighborhood. Washer and dryer a huge plus! The road it was located on led right to the water, beautiful! It was directly attached to their house, but that wasn’t an issue cause they never bothered us, nor did we hear them through the walls. I know they have a dog because I heard it bark a few times, but it was NEVER a problem and I’m actually sad I didn’t get to meet it ☹️ the only negatives I would list would be that there were a few bugs in the house, but to be expected with the woods/trees right there, the bathroom sink was slightly clogged, and there was no outside lighting so we had to use our phone flashlights when we came back late at night. Would recommend and stay here again! Thank you! 😊

very cute, cozy, and private airbnb. easy parking & the space had everything we needed - extra towels, washer & dryer, coffee - even decaf k cups, extra blankets, roku tv, hooks, etc. it was a great stay & so close to downtown newport, but far enough away to be out of the busy area. beach is also down the block. lisel’s guidebook also had great recommendations. note - second beach is for non-residents which we didn’t realize as we went to third beach first.
