The Garden Flat, quiet & entirely separate. Bath

The Garden Flat is quiet, cosy and on its own at the end of the garden. It's private for you to come and go uninterrupted. It's very well situated for Bath University, Prior Park and Monkton Combe. The city of Bath is a 20 min walk downhill and there are regular buses recommended for your return back up to Combe Down village. Sit out in the kitchen garden with fruit trees trained up trellising and enjoy country walks on the doorstep. A local Nisa and Deli are a short walk away in the village.

Colham Mill Farm is nestled in a beautiful, peaceful, unspoilt valley, walking distance from Castle Combe Village. There are 2 pubs, a michelin star restaurant and a cafe. As well as a golf course and Castle Combe race circuit. The Old library is a detached building full of character and charm. It dates from 1705 and has low beams throughout the property. It is spacious and has modern amenities for you to enjoy! We are a working farm with animals and children and can't wait to welcome you!

Great base for exploring Cheddar Gorge, Wookey Hole, Wells, Priddy and much more with walking trails starting at the house. Ideal Studio for quiet work, for couples on a break, and young families. A peaceful, rural location in a beautiful area surrounded by fields. The private rooms are self-contained and attached to our home with an entrance exclusively for guests’ use. Two bedrooms with double beds, bath/shower room plus kitchenette/diner with access and views over our garden. Basic breakfast included. Superfast Wifi. Excellent walking/cycling from the house. Well placed for visits to Cotswold villages, Bath, Bristol, Gloucester and Cheltenham by car or by train.

Recently refurbished, 1000 sq ft (93 sq m), light and airy garden flat in a large Victorian house. Seconds away from the restaurants, bars, shops and train station of Whiteladies Road. A few minutes from Clifton Downs and Bristol University. Guests have shared use of gardens. In addition to the kingsize bed, we have a Z-Bed plus a travel cot for infants. The kitchen has basic essentials for two people, so unfortunately it is not ideal entertaining friends and family.

Studio 28, a stylish, sunny, studio apartment

We recently transformed our large, 70 sq. meter, double garage into a stylish, open plan studio apartment with bleached oak, hardwood floor. It is a fantastic, light, and relaxing space with 3-meter bifold doors with integrated blinds that fully open out onto a shared courtyard with our house. There are large electric Velux sky lights with blackout blinds. It is a fantastic light space to relax or work. It has its own private access from the street.
