Comfortably sleeps 6 - 1st bedroom is on the main level with king bed, walk-in closet and full bathroom. Also on the main level you have a 1/2 bath with washer and dryer. This barn refinished into a rustic cabin will give you the feeling that you are in the middle of the woods while having the convenience of being in town. Located just minutes from downtown Clear Lake, the historic Surf Ballroom, and City Beach, this is the perfect get-away spot! A large upper loft makes this a great option for families with kids or a peaceful adult retreat. Pets are family... so we are pet friendly, but do add a $25 dollar pet fee (per pet) for the duration of your stay.

Modestly decorated with eclectic treasures. Our guest suite is great for brewery, antique or local sports enthusiasts or a couples weekend or solo adventurers getaway. This fully furnished lake front cabin is located on South Shore in Clear Lake! It was updated (2017 & 2020) with gorgeous views of the lake. The cabin includes 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with sleeping arrangements for 10 people. This is the perfect retreat to enjoy the lake in the summer or a snowmobiling/ice fishing getaway in the winter. The property has 50 ft of shoreline with a dock for swimming and outdoor fire pit. Newly constructed studio apartment above our garage. Calm, cozy and sunny interior in a quiet neighborhood setting. We have only lived in Fairmont a short time and we love it! It has a "Hallmark" town feel. You may meet our Labradoodle in the backyard - she is very friendly and will want to say Hi. We look forward to hosting you in this city of 5 Lakes!
