A small stone house in the old village of Kerzellec on the Chemin des Peintres. Everything is designed to help you relax in peace between the waves 500 meters away at the end of the road and the birdsong. You will be charmed by this old 18th century bread oven, completely restored for a stay in the heart of Pouldu where everything is done on foot: (in season) bakery, restaurants, bars, grocery store, all surrounded by six beaches, each as charming and different from each other.

Ideal for a relaxing or sporting holiday, possibility of tourist discoveries (15 minutes from Mt St Michel, 20 minutes from Granville, 20 minutes from St Malo, Cancale etc.) Discover the Bay of Mont-Saint-Michel, the Chausey Islands and its salt meadows sheep.

Bay of Perros Guirrec, on this beachfront property 3 hens, 2 horses, 1 cat, 1 setter live in harmony. Bénédicte would be happy to host you in her recent 45 m2 house, quiet and comfortable, made of wood, (ISO 2012 standard) designed to seduce you. From the pink granite coast to the island of Bréhat, 4 or 5 days would be useful for visiting Trégor. A bedroom, a large living room, a kitchen area, toilet and separate bathroom, a terrace overlooking the sea...

A large terrace on the south and west sides allows you to enjoy the sun. The environment is very quiet (agricultural road), the house is away from the road and without any neighbors. You have a view of the surrounding crops and a small sea view.
