Nice and furnished apartment with a total area of 37 m2 with its own kitchen and bathroom. It is located in the wider center of Brno (about 10 minutes walk from Moravské náměstí.) The bathroom has a corner bath and a shower. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, fridge, freezer and induction hob. There is a TV, cabinets, a couch, an armchair, a desk, a coffee table). Free parking in the building (small and medium-sized vehicles can easily pass through the courtyard). There are prepaid Netflix and TV Watching apps.

Just steps away, you'll find a public transport station and a supermarket.

Ráda vás ubytuji ve svém novém apartmánu, 10 minut chůze od autobusového a 15 minut od hlavního nádraží v Brně. Budova stojí ve vnitrobloku s výhledem do zahrad, takže i v centru města tu zažijete klid a pohodu. Byt je plně vybaven, nechybí myčka, pračka ani fén, a díky self check-inu můžete dorazit kdykoliv. The accommodation is close to the Brno Exhibition Center (BVV) and also close to the motorway exit to Prague. It is close to the city center, to the bus stop, to the D1 highway, to the airport, to the industrial zone "Černovické terasy". Beautiful view. There is peace, seating in the yard and on the balcony, comfortable beds, parking in the fenced yard. The accommodation is great for solo travelers, business trips and families with children. Accommodation is for a maximum of 3 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children, where 1 child can sleep in the living room on the sofa.

Very simple but cozy, suitable for two people. 4th floor of 4 without elevator. Fully equipped according to the latest standards - coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, ironing board, hair dryer... and everything else that could be forgotten at home :-). Quiet area near the forest, 30 minutes by public transport to the center. Dedicated parking can be arranged on request (this service is already included in the price of accommodation).

Nearby is the restaurant Svatoboj, food, a popular cycle path with beautiful nature and one of the best wellness in Brno - 4comfort. We offer self-check-in!

Outdoor use for children

The cabin is located on the edge of the village in a nice location in the middle of nature. It is a detached building with an adjacent fireplace where you can grill and it has its own entrance. It is possible to park in front of the garages of the family house behind the fence, the accommodated guest has their own remote control from the gate and then walk 100m along the sidewalk to the cabin.
