Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Brno

The villa is large and can accommodate a large number of people. It has everything you need for short and long stays. The villa is professionally maintained and very clean. It is close to the city center and a shopping mall about 10 minutes away by car. Martina and her family provided all the comforts. You are excellent hosts. I highly recommend it.

It is a very nice house ideal to celebrate holidays with our family: cozily furnished, nice bedrooms for both us and the children and enough to play with for the children, within walking distance of the lake and the location of the house in the forest gave a lot of cooling with the warm weather. The location near Brno is also a nice holiday destination!

A home perfect for larger groups. Large space, 3 bathrooms, garden. The house is equipped with everything you need and more. Very picturesque neighborhood, peace and quiet. You really can feel at home.

It was nice to be there, we recommend this place for chilling and rest.

the house was great and communication was great, only suggest that people with mobility issues to not go as the hill is very steep to walk up

The stay with Zdenka was very pleasant and peaceful. Zdenka is very kind, accommodating, helpful, and tried to make our stay as pleasant as possible. My 3-year-old son immediately loved it and Mrs. Zdenka treated him as her own. She always tried to give us tips on where we can go and where it's suitable for small children. As a bonus, my son and I were able to go collecting eggs that were luxurious.

There were nine of us in David's beautiful house with the family. The house is large, there were rooms for everyone and everywhere outside access. The pool and terrace with the barbecue were the absolute highlight for us. David sent us great excursion tips in advance. So we discovered a few enchantingly beautiful places that we will certainly visit again. David is a very dedicated host. He knew we were booking the house on the occasion of my mother's birthday and even suggested we organize flowers and gave us a bottle of sparkling wine. We had 3 really very nice days and would love to come back. Thank you!

Very nice apartment. Arrival perfectly organized. Great view of the city, panoramic windows. Presence of air conditioning. There was everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We will be happy to come again, we can recommend!

The accommodation was very pleasant, clean and located in a beautiful, quiet environment. The garden full of greenery gave the place a magical atmosphere and was great for relaxing. I recommend it as accommodation for max. 2 people.

Excellent & very tastefully furnished apartment! The Grocery on ground floor is open till 10pm . The online food delivery option very smooth. The blockage of shower drain pointed out was addressed & resolved. The Pergola in the Balcony gives great feeling during evenings . Add to it Sauna after a busy day . 10/10👍

I enjoyed my stay at Martin's apartment. It was simple place but just what I needed. It was in a safe part of town and there were shops and public transport nearby. The instructions for check in were very comprehensive and easy to follow. Martin was always very responsive. I would recommend this apartment to anyone thinking of staying in Brno

Great seven-night stay at Matěj's apartment. Looks just like in the pictures. It's very clean, huge (modern building with high ceilings) and is located on a leafy, quiet street a fifteen -minute walk or quick tram ride from the centre of Brno. There are also some cafés, convenience stores and a lovely part within 5 mins of the apartment. One of the best-equipped AirBnBs of the many that I've used over the years. Díky, Matěji!

This place was perfect for me! I slept great on the bed (very comfortable) and Josef was very welcoming. I would definitely stay here again!

Sachin’s place was exactly as described. It was peace and quiet at nights and that’s what we wanted for my baby. The blackout curtains worked really well as well. The area was very safe. Sacin was so accomodating. His place didn’t have cot and highchair, which was essential for us having a small child, as i really liked the peaceful location and his beautiful flat, i asked him if he could provide them before i booked the place, he responded very quickly and within a coupke of hours he informed me that he’s sorted them out. His communication was great throughout our stay. Sachin’s flat was beautiful with loads of beautiful and well looked aftered plants. Because of my baby we took taxi everywhere and it was very cheap and quick to get to the town centre. Kitchen had everything you needed like your iwn home. We had no issues during our stay and thoroughly enjoyed it. His place is a real Air B and B and not a typical flat rented by a company which has multiple flats. Tgank you Sachin!

We unfortunately stayed only for one night but we wish we could've stayed for longer. The house is cosy, had everything you might need even for a longer stay, but what made this experience perfect for us and our dog is the garden we could use and park our car. The host even brought a ladder so we can pick tasty cherries from the garden. We will definitely be back and stay for longer. Treat yourself with this stay while in Brno, you will not regret it.

David is a great host, responding to messages right away. The apartment in perfect condition corresponds to the photos. The proximity of the apartment to the center is great. Quiet at night, large TV in front of the bed as well as in the good of the hotel, bathroom equipped, dishwasher too. It's just all I need for a trip. I definitely recommend David, you'll be as happy as I am. :)
