The room has everything a person needs: a bedroom, a study, a walk-in closet, and even a movie theater. And it's all at 7 square meters. From the room, a person gets to the tram stop in 3 minutes, which takes about 7 minutes to get to the center. About 10 minutes walk is Albert's shop, and if it's far away, there's a convenience store just around the corner.

The house has a large bedroom (open living room) with a double bed, a sofa bed and a TV. A smaller bedroom with two beds. The central point of the house is a modern fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a dining table. Bathroom with shower. There is a garden with herbs and a quiet seating area in the privacy of the courtyard. For the youngest guests, we have a children's play center, picnic seating and a sandbox. You can use the outdoor seating, lounge area, grill, outdoor fireplace and swing.

Z toho důvodu máme pro hosty k dispozici kvalitní airbeds (nafukovací postele). Apartmán se nachází v přízemí domu a z kuchyně je krásný výhled do zahrady, kde se dá posedět i pohrát. In the coffee corner there is an Italian coffee machine , a Bialetti pot and a Hario V60 . If you don't feel like making coffee at home, there is a bakery and cafe right next to the reception. The stay includes the possibility to visit the fitness and sauna, take a yoga class or go for a massage.
