Tram stops 3-5 minutes on foot. Lidl store, Albert supermarket, pharmacies, drugstore, gym within 5 minutes on foot. The nearest restaurant with great beer and food is 2 minutes' walk away. The nearest 3 cafes are 5-10 minutes' walk. Whether you are going to discover the beauty of Brno or you are coming for work, I have prepared a pleasant and comfortable place for you in my apartment.

The apartment has one room with a kitchenette. Spacious dressing room with built-in closet and bathroom with toilet and washing machine. In the main room there is one double bed with an adjustable grate and a sofa bed (1 adult or 2 children). Although without an elevator to the 3rd floor, but in close proximity to the bus station and within walking distance to the city center. The small and cozy apartment is suitable for traveling families and individuals. It features a bathroom with shower, equipped kitchenette, large double bed, couch, TV, work and dining table. Another two and a half beds are located in the sleeping gallery where there are also plenty of toys. The apartment is not suitable for parties, bachelor parties, etc. We strictly require quiet hours.

Ubytujte se v mém novém apartmánu s výhledem na nejvyšší budovu Česka nebo Petrov. Je možné se ubytovat ve čtyřech hostech. V bytě je jedna velká postel a rozkládací gauč (140 cm). Kuchyň je plně vybavená. V bytě jsou velké skříně a prostorná koupelna. Pár minut chůze je Lidl, autobusové nádraží a Vaňkovka. Na hlavní nádraží je to cca 15 minut, do centra 20 minut. Šalina/tramvaj je 2 minuty. Check-in je pomocí boxu s kódem, takže čas vašeho příjezdu je flexibilní.
