Waterfront holiday rentals in Broadbeach

I absolutely loved my stay! The apartment was easy to find, had convenient off-street parking, and was secure. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the beach, surf club, and local shops. Everything was within walking distance, which made exploring super easy. Zoe was a great host and very easy to communicate with, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The views of the ocean were truly spectacular – we could have spent hours just watching the waves from the apartment. The place itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It’s also in a fantastic location – just a short walk to local shops for groceries and surrounded by a great variety of restaurants right on your doorstep. Check-in was super easy, and Steve was an excellent host – very flexible with our check-in time since there were no bookings before or after us, which we really appreciated. Communication was clear, friendly, and prompt throughout. We’d highly recommend staying here and would book again in a heart beat.

We had an amazing, short stay at Jerry’s. The apartment looks just like the photos on the listings with the listed amenities. Jerry was always friendly and responsive when we messaged him. The check-in process was easy as the instructions were clear, the checkout process was the same also. The apartment building is surrounded by restaurants, cafes, bars and in close proximity with Pacific Fair Mall. It’s not as busy as Surfers Paradise, which is nice when all you’re wanting is a nice little reprieve from the crowds. We happened to book during a weekend filled with rain. However, we had an amazing stay regardless as the apartment is nice and cosy… perfect for a night in on cold, rainy days. The view of the beach was pretty, and we also happened to have good seats from the balcony to some fireworks! Overall, we recommend this beautiful apartment and will definitely book again when we’re back in the Gold Coast.

What a fantastic place! The view was amazing. We had a great time sitting out on the patio listening to the waves and watching the sunrise. Easy to slip down to the pool and then right out onto the beach. We parked our car (in the provided spot) and didn't get into it until we left. Everything was walkable or it was just a hop, jump and a skip with the tram. My only disappointment? We couldn't stay longer. There's always a next time. Thanks Brad!!

Our stay was the perfect getaway. Absolutely stunning beach & ocean views, beautiful and clean apartment, exceeding our expectations. Convenient location to accessing cafes, restaurants & grocery stores, which are within a short walking distance. We loved our scenic beach walks to other areas of the Gold Coast, making our experience even more enjoyable. Karine was very informative and kind, always ready and available to help. We hope to return on our next visit to Australia. Highly recommended!

This has been (once again) a wonderful place to stay. Everything is quality from the cutlery to the glassware. Spotlessly clean and we feel right at home.

We loved our stay here and wished we had a longer stay. Kathy’s place is exactly like the pictures. It’s spacious and has so many little things that we needed , from cutlery to sauces to cable ties!! It’s so well furnished and comfortable. And the best view of the river or waterway, boats going up and down, and beautiful surroundings. Kathy is so responsive and helpful. The Northcliff tram stop is right in front of the apartment compound. Very convenient location.

We had the most luxurious long weekend, as soon as we stepped in the door it was like the external world just melted away. Everyone slept amazingly, the kitchen was well equipped with everything you need and the ocean view was just incredible.

Fantastic place, spacious, clean and great outdoor decking and pool areas. House has all needed amenities including good laundry and is very private. Access was easy and plenty of parking available. Perfect for families. Location is 3 mins from Benowa Village shopping centre which is very convenient. Support and communication from Janett was also great. We had a wonderful stay!

Matt’s property is amazing! The house is very spacious and has everything you need for an enjoyable and comfortable stay. Being right on the water is delightful, the kayaks and SUPs are great fun. Unfortunately it was too cold for us to try the pool but it looked fantastic. Stayed with our two small children and there was lots to keep them entertained, and everything we needed for an easy stay with toddlers. Thanks again Matt!

The property was perfection for a holiday stay!! Everything was just right, the pool and back view was amazing. It was in a great area where everything was easy to get to. The host is absolutely outstanding and helpful. 10/10 would recommend 😍

Second stay at this amazing place! Kynan was very responsive to our queries and the house is set up so well. Love the location on the water with beautiful morning and evening views.

Ash's place was very homely and everyone settled in very quickly. The rooms were large and well heated. Showers worked well. Living areas were compartmentalised well so the kids had the tv and the adults could relax in a separate sitting area. The view of the lake was beautiful and we spent some time with the family of resident swans. It was too cold to use the pool. Would have been lovely to take a dip and overlook the lake. We used the BBQ facilities very easily. Would have to purchase own condiments as mentioned the pantry is not fully stocked. Ample parking for 3 cars and with 11 people in the house, it still felt spacious. Ash was also extremely responsive and clear in his instructions. We had a lovely time. Thanks Ash!

VERY accomodating with our needs and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable with kids! Only down side is that it’s on a busy road and the traffic is very noisy when sleeping.

Proximity to Broadbeach and Surfers with a sophisticated premise on a tranquil part of the canals. Lovely aspect to wake up to and enjoy some quite R&R

Beautiful unit. Photos don’t do it justice. The view is absolutely spectacular and all the finishes were incredible! The bed was very firm (ok for husband not for me) and very squeaky when rolling over during the night. The balcony and the way it opens up provides a beautiful breeze and the fans are wonderful on those warm nights. Jason was wonderful to deal with and very quick to respond. Wish we didn’t have to leave but will return. We met friends for dinner and drinks and they loved it also and will also come stay here next time!

Julie was extremely helpful and made the whole experience extremely easy and stress free I don’t want to give a good review as everyone else will want to stay here and I want to keep this place just for me and my family If I could give them 6 stars I would Will be back

We really loved the location of Sammi's place, super close to shops, beach front and restaurants/cafes. Plenty to do, but also a great spot to relax and watch the waves roll in. Everything was accounted for and we felt right at home as soon as we stepped through the doors. Definitely recommend this gem and will return!

We had a lovely time, the space worked really well for us. And Thankyou to Aliyah for being so prompt when we had a question. I would thoroughly recommend this place to stay. 👍

We had a really good 4 night stay. Great location, walking distance to everything. Check in was easy, clear pictures on where to find the keys. Good accom if you have little ones as in the cupboard there were a bucket and shovel, scooters and boogie boards provided. The only downside was there was a smell that lingered around the whole time and no hot water the morning we were checking out so could not shower.

Aaron’s place was great. Beds were comfy, you’ll feel right at home. It has an amazing view of the city and the ocean. It’s close to the beach and shops. We had an awesome stay!

We had the most amazing weekend at the Surfers chalet! The room was immaculate with a fantastic view of the beach as listed, and we enjoyed the very cozy spa area. Carolyn and Garry were so accommodating and incredibly helpful during our weekend stay; couldn't have asked for better hosts. We hope to be back soon!
