The Vault

The Vault is a really special space, which we hope you can see from the photographs. It is a basement studio apartment with its own private entrance. It is quiet and cosy with underfloor heating and an ambient temperature all year round. This property is very central, making it easy to plan your visit. We are very close to the harbour and the property is on the famous Georgian Square, Queen Square. It feels like you have stepped into a film from Jane Austen as you come out of the building.

My apartment has been stylishly furnished, while bringing out the traditional features of a Georgian property. Having grown up in Zimbabwe I was inspired to bring a taste of the local culture to Bristol. The place is ideally situated within walking distance of the city centre, Clifton and Gloucester road. There are many renowned restaurants, cafes and bars with a wide selection of cuisines. We require guests to be very respectful of our neighbours and noise levels during their stay.

Nice little flat in central Bristol in an ideal location to access anywhere in and around Bristol. (See reviews.) Situated directly opposite the entrance to Temple Meads train station, but still quiet. The flat also has its own patio entrance. I'm away sometimes and am happy to host any discerning visitors who will treat my flat with respect. Please leave it as you found it, as I am offering you the use of my home, rather than a hotel cleaning-up-after-you type service.

Stephanie greeted us, she had agreed that we could check in early. We were then taken on a tour of her home and given instructions on everything we needed to know! Stephanie was warm and engaging... We had the whole house to ourselves. It was so comfortable. Very easy access to central Bristol and nr St Marks road in Easton where we had breakfast at No12...on a couple of mornings. A lovely quiet road. Had we stayed longer, we would have used Stephanie's beautiful garden. We loved Stephanie's place and would definitely stay again. Thank you!!

We received a really warm welcome, we we're in communication (I had a delayed flight to Bristol) and Sue was really comprensive about the situation. The Airbnb matches entirely with the advertisement, the location is really good and convenient (close to the harbour / downtown) and to bus Station. The house is beautiful. Sue and Nick we're all the time friendly and helpful. Without a doubt I would stay again here. My personal rate: 10 out of 10.

Good location in a quiet residential area with walking distance to city center. Bright, clean and tidy room with all amenities considerately provided. The host is friendly and welcoming with exquisite taste. “Every nook and cranny” in the house are artistically curated; exuding a serene and pleasant ambience. I visit the galleries in city center during daytime, then further soaked into aesthetic beauties in this mini-gallery house in the night which definitely adds round-the-clock value for my short stay at Bristol. A serendipitous encountering beyond my expectations. I really enjoyed both the material convenience and intellectual nourishment by staying at this lovely sanctuary.

I stayed here for one night in order to take a morning flight out of Bristol. Fernando's communication was superb and I felt very at ease here. Easy to find, a 10 -15 minute walk from train station. Comfy bed, own bathroom. I would (and quite possibly will) stay here again.
