The Boathouse is a single story building in a contemporary design, close to the main house with a shared garden going down to the waterside of Oulton Broad. Oulton Broad, has a variety of places to eat, a museum in the park and boat trips. Carlton Marshes is a stunning nature reserve and cafe. Lowestoft has a sandy beach with several cafes on the promenade. Southwold is a picturesque coastal town, a 25 minute drive away and Beccles, a beautiful market town on the banks of the river Waveney.

Eight miles from the centre of Norwich, on the edge of the Norfolk Broads, 15 miles to the beautiful beaches of the Norfolk coast. Lots to do, with both city and country life close by.

The accommodation is attached to our house but self-contained, comprising sitting room with fold down table & chairs for dining, kitchenette, shower room & bedroom. Private entrance via french doors overlooking the garden & parking on drive. Basic essentials provided. Milk, cereal & pastries for each day & a home made treat on arrival. When you arrive the property will have been empty for 24 hours & will have been fully cleaned & disinfected following the previous guests departure,

Old Chapel House is in the small village of Ingham, three miles from the Norfolk coast. On a quiet country lane, it’s a cosy, welcoming home with lots of wonderful things to do nearby. With a large garden and public footpaths on the doorstep, there’s plenty of space for dogs and guests to roam. For forty years the house was our much-loved family home. We now live across the road and we welcome other families and groups of friends to make the most of this lovely place.

Stunning Barn Conversion

A spacious barn conversion in the heart of the Norfolk Broads. Oak Barn Norfolk is a sympathetically, newly converted, barn in the village of Tunstead. It offers 4 large bedrooms, a beautiful double vaulted kitchen/dining room, a spacious living room with a cosy wood burner, a snug, 3 bathrooms and a W/C. The floors are natural limestone with underfloor heating throughout. Oak Barn has two outdoor seating areas, a sunny court yard and a fully enclosed lawned garden.

The Tiny House

Rustic Shepherd's hut set in its own 5 acre field. Very child and dog friendly, all welcome! The Tiny House is well insulated and with its wood burning stove is lovely and toasty during winter months. Unlimited wood available. The bathroom is located directly behind the hut, where there is a shower and a composting toilet. This is attended to daily. Rural and peaceful location but also situated close to many amenities, including delightful pubs and restaurants.

A night at the museum.

A unique space in a detached timber building arranged as a "Cabinet of Curiosities" (BEWARE Some are quite scary). The space is heated by a wood burner. There is a sleeping loft with double mattress, It has WIFI. pool, sauna and hot tub. An adjacent building contains a shower room/toilet and small kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. Kingfisher Nook is light and airy with panoramic views of the beautiful Waveney valley. We have private river access for fishing from our garden, scenic walks and cycle rides from the door step. BYO kayak to explore the local river wildlife, or hire our new Hot tub to enjoy the sunset over the valley. Located on Norfolk/Suffolk border, an ideal base to explore the many delights of the region, including beaches, historic villages and numerous attractions
