The house is surrounded by a lush garden with lots of flowers and nice places to have coffee, arrange a barbecue dinner or have a glass of wine in the evening. The apartment has its own entrance from the garden and is newly renovated and in good condition. The kitchen is fully equipped for two people with both dishwasher and washing machine/dryer. WiFi and TV with Canal-Digital are included. Free parking on the premises.

The apartment is centrally located but quiet in a house with an elevator, and just a stone's throw from SoFo's charming neighborhood. In the area, there is the beautiful Vitabergsparken but also some of Stockholm's best restaurants and charming bar streets.

The apartment is located in Vällingby, suitable for 1-2 people. There is an ICA nearby, and the main town center is close by. 50 minutes to the city, good connections. 3.5 km to the beach. There is a bistro and café nearby where you can have dinner and enjoy a glass of wine. There are green spaces and walking paths in the area, such as Judarskogen, Grimstaskogen, and Kyrksjön Nature Reserve. My neighbor is helpful if necessary and I am available on mobile. If you need laundry time, let me know, and I'll book the laundry room.
