The house is on the hook, has a private terrace and an elongated communal jetty with the few houses around. The cottage is situated alone with no insight from neighbours and is a great starting point whether you just want to enjoy the silence, go for a walk on one of the many hiking trails at Leka, rent the host's boat or kayak or go for a ride to watch the famous Ørnerovet. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and laundry, washing machine and tumble dryer. 2 bedrooms have a family bunk. 160 cm width below and 90 cm above. 1 bedroom with double bed (150cm) 1 bedroom with 2x75cm single beds. Loft living room with sofa bed with possibility for extra bed.

The location is near the city center, airport and nice accessible hiking areas in Brønnøysund. In addition to the integrated kitchen and living room, there is one bathroom and two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a single bed. Plenty of car parking space and very spacious balcony.
