House holiday rentals in Brookwood

The location was perfect for our quick visit to Tuscaloosa. We had a scheduled tour of the University of Alabama and the proximity made it easy to get in and out. There was plenty of parking and the area was quiet. We had a small situation that the downstairs AC wasn't cooling properly, and while the situation was not able to be remedied while we were there, Seth made every attempt to right the situation, and we really appreciated his willingness to assist and the refunded amount that he provided for the inconvenience. Overall the stay was great and we would consider staying again.

House and property was very enjoyable for a large group. Very peaceful location with great amenities such as fishing, pool, and pickleball court. The owners were extremely polite and very helpful with anything we needed. I highly recommend this Airbnb and will be back in the future.

This is the second time staying here with my daughter, son-in-law and grandchildren. We love the pool, the play area for the kids, the thoughtful snack basket and beds are comfortable. Joshua is available if you need anything and always making sure your stay is enjoyable.

Just as described! Everyone loved it - great location, but we felt so much at home there (and the kids loved the pool and game room so much) that we didn't venture out much. Tanner was understanding, responsive, and friendly. 10/10!

It was the perfect house for girls weekend. The pool was perfect for our littles to swim after gym in the evening. The house had everything we needed and more. Beautiful

Five Stars--This place was the perfect location while in town for UA's graduation; and perfect accommodations for a large group. It had everything we needed as a family, very clean and spacious, and everything to make you feel right at home, especially the patio/pool. All in all, this place is beautiful!! We will book again for sure; it was one of the best Airbnb stays!!!

We were in town for our son’s U or A graduation and this home worked great for us. It was close to campus and a reasonable price. I also really appreciated the snacks and other amenities provided. We realized when we got there we didn’t have enough toothpaste but there was a new tube for us to use which was great! I would rather be charged a few extra bucks to be provided with coffee and snacks especially when only there for a few days. This home was a great choice!

Devon’s place was beautiful. The furnishings were clean and very hip. It fit the 1930’s shotgun home perfectly. Everything was clean snd inviting and we loved the TVs in every room. However, be aware that the train does come by every night after 11pm. It might not be the right house for those with babies or kids.

We had a wonderful stay! Great location, great communication, she had snacks for us and a wonderful game. Would definitely stay here again.

Amy’s response time to any questions was always stellar. Our son goes to the University of Alabama so we intend to be repeat customers!! Charles was great! The house was just what we needed for a quick weekend getaway. So clean and peaceful! So many deer came up in back yard, it was great to watch them in the mornings. I highly suggest this stay.

Great location close to all of our destinations. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was spacious and well stocked. Loved having the air fryer on the counter instead of just a toaster. Was great for heating up leftovers. Neighborhood was very quiet, check in and check out was a breeze. Was glad to see they have added a breakfast table after a few of their review comments. It was nice to have breakfast and coffee there. Sofa is huge and also comfortable. Hosts were responsive in a timely manner. Will definitely stay here again. Great price for a lovely house in a good neighborhood.

Me & my husband stayed for our anniversary it was a beautiful,quite,& cozy place.Loved the design of the house.Would definitely stay again!!

Had such a wonderful stay. I came to town for the SEC Baseball tourney in Hoover. We were half an hour or less to the stadium. Restaurants and Bars are walkable but Uber was more of our friend that weekend. Very beautiful place to stay and very comfortable. Will be looking to book again for next years tournament!
