The local 'Snak Shak' and General Store (along with the Bowling Club) is all within walking distance. There is no need to get in the car until it's time to checkout!

The Barn is fully self-contained accommodation 20 metres away from the main farmhouse. Wildlife abounds on this secluded 140 acre farm. Great place to take a break & breathe in the country air, while still being only 20min off the M1 motorway & 18min to the Grafton CBD. Fold out sofa bed available for additional guests or kiddies.
