House holiday rentals in Broulee

Stephanie is an amazing host. This property was not only in a brilliant position but it exceeded all our expectations. We stayed here to celebrate my 60th Birthday with our adult children, partners and our 2 small dogs. The yard is great for dogs although the side gate may not be great for some small dogs as they may get through. We solved this by placing the bins there which worked a treat. Stephanie has indicated that she will look at adjusting this. The house is immaculately furnished and stocked with all the essentials and more. Stephanie was very responsive during our stay when we had some queries, providing us with locations of EV chargers, activities & places to dine. The house is walking distance to Malua Bay Shops. Raymond’s Chinese is delicious. Club Malua has great food, cocktails & Barefoot Bowls.The pool was very clean and refreshing on hot days. The table tennis was enjoyed by all adults. The layout of the house allows for plenty of spots to chill out. We will be back.

We had a great time at Tanja’s house. The kids absolutely loved it, especially the hammock on the balcony and toasting marshmallows in the fire pit!

Lucy’s place was stunning, the photos don’t do it justice. An easy walk up to the Main Street or down to Altar Bar and Harvest which was so handy. The decor and stylising was so stunning, the gas fireplace warmed the room so nicely and overall was a really lovely weekend away. Lucy was super accomodating and helped us with a few small things like getting the fireplace working. We would happily stay there again (one person in our group have already booked this property again). Thanks Lucy!

Great family home in beautiful Bawley. Walk to the beach, lovely pool area and very quiet. Will definitely come again.

A really beautiful spot - if you’re after a very private spot but with all the amenities you need and only a sort drive to shops etc this is a great choice. We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely sanctuary on the river.

Thanks Darren! Definitely one of our best Air BNB experiences and far exceeded our expectations! Great comfortable house in a location not far from the beach. We really appreciated all the extra little things like complimentary bikes, boogie boards and coffee pods. I feel like you had thought of everything and it felt almost like being in a hotel or serviced apartment. The huge yard and fire pit were also absolutely fantastic. I also appreciated the immediate responsiveness to my questions about supermarkets etc We would definitely return for another stay 😀

We loved our long weekend at Laurence & May’s place in Mossy Point. The house was warm and cosy with all the comforts. We loved the large family couch, beautiful timber kitchen, walking distance to the boat shed, Mossy cafe and Broulee beach. Laurence was so kind to have the heating running on the day we arrived to ensure we were cosy right from the beginning! Thanks so much for a wonderful weekend & we hope to visit again! :) Sophie

Great stay! The place was clean, dog-friendly, and in a fantastic location. The host was friendly and gave us helpful local tips. Highly recommend!

great place - perfect access to the beach and close to river lagoon in one direction and the Broulee Brewhouse in the other. the Broulee supermarket is also walkable a little further down. the place has a good large space for entertaining a large group. the upstairs and downstairs sections are separate - accessible from external stairwell. although internal stairs might’ve been better for our group, that worked fine for us. overall loved the place and the location and really appreciated helpful proactive communication from Geoff :-)

This property is an absolute treat! Myself and a couple of friends recently enjoyed a fantastic stay at Alison and Trevor’s property in Broulee and cannot recommend it enough. Positioned in a fantastic location, walking distance from the beautiful southern end of Broulee beach and the local shops, the property is tucked away from the road, surrounded by trees and felt nice and private to enjoy some good company and good times. The property is perfect for families with children or small groups, with lots of seperate bedrooms and beds for 8+ people! And they also have lots of added bonuses to keep everyone entertained including a ping pong table, fast Wifi, lots of board games and a lovely big deck with ample seating (and a great big BBQ!). Alison was great in communicating with me prior to our arrival and informed us of various places to visit and things to do while at the property. We had a great time and wouldn’t hesitate to book again in the future! Thanks very much for having us!

We couldn’t fault this beautiful seaside home. The position on Mossy Point is amazing. The house is extremely well appointed and has so much charm and character. There was nothing missing in the kitchen, the rooms are styled beautifully and are practical with great storage for clothing etc. There are even boogie boards for the beach. Nothing is forgotten. The whole place is very comfortable and we immediately felt at home. Mark and Kathy are terrific hosts. So proactive, responsive and generous. We loved staying with our family and would highly recommend this beautiful character beach house. 5 stars!!

We had an incredible long weekend at Buru. Colin was an exceptional host. I cannot imagine a more peaceful setting. And all of the extras of a fire pit, bocci ball, showers from the beach, that coffee maker (!) were greatly appreciated. I wish I were still on the back patio, gazing at the ocean with coffee in hand.

The home was exactly as expected based on the listing. It was clean and well presented. It had everything we needed without having too much or feeling cluttered. A great value AirBnB we would absolutely stay again and highly recommend to other guests

Another great holiday at Broulee Breakers! Easily accommodates 5 adults and a great kitchen for us cooks! Many enjoyable hours spent in the generous, open plan dining/lounge area. Sitting on the front balcony observing the birds and just relaxing was a treat. Such a lovely part of the world to visit. If it's too windy on the beach, Shark Bay around the corner is the place to be.

Great location so close to bike trails which was what we came down for and close to the beach for a swim after riding was nice and refreshing

We absolutely loved our stay. Claire and Robyn’s place is private and peaceful with easily enough room for 7 guests and the kitchen had everything we needed. The best thing about their place is the view. We watched dolphins and seals surfing waves right from the deck, the full moon sparkle over the water and the sunrise from bed. Thanks for another magical visit. Can’t wait to come back.

We were pleasantly surprised by how lovely, clean, neat and organised the house was! Almost everything that we needed was provided for. The house was well ventilated and really comfortable. The garden was well maintained and even had a vegetable patch where we could help ourselves! All in, we had an enjoyable 5night stay and will definitely be back again!
