He was very responsive and proactive with exact instructions which made my check in, stay and check out all seamless . His property was clean and decorative and was also very comfortable. We had such a great time, the place was clean, had everything we needed and more! We were so happy with the location it was so close to everything-we were able to walk everywhere! The beach chairs and umbrella were so nice to have as well! Also just fyi there is an app called Circuit that gives free rides around town (tips appreciated) it was perfect for the days we wanted to explore more-we will def be back!

It was perfect for our 5 night stay. I would definitely recommend staying here especially if you’re coming with a special love one. Great pools and small walk away from restaurants and bars. Staff there was friendly

El departamento es muy lindo y cómodo, y la vista es hermosa. Las tuberías son muy ruidosas y faltaron algunos utensilios básicos de cocina. Pero en general fue excelente la estadía! La zona es bastante ruidosa, pero los servicios son buenos en el edificio

Wonderful stay. Mike was very responsive and helpful. He met us as we drove up, even though it was late, and he helped us carry in our large luggage! The grounds for the property were just beautiful, very well maintained. Loved the pool too. Mike made sure the baby had a pack-n-play with fresh sheets and baby blankets as well! The couch and bed were very comfortable for sleeping. Kitchen had all necessary items for us for our limited time there (we didn’t cook much.) I will definitely seek out this property again if I ever return.

Fabio’s place is just as described online and in photos. There are many restaurants nearby including a pizza/pasta restaurant, southern cuisine, American cuisine, fresh salads and wraps, coffe and breakfast cafe, etc. There are 2 grocery stores that are 5 minutes away by foot. The pool is quiet and serene. The beach is a quick Uber rude away. The condo was very spacious with an open kitchen and living room concept. The bedrooms were both large w ample closet space. Having a full size washer and dryer is always a plus. The building was very quiet which is a bonus! Overall a much better choice than a tiny hotel room. We would definitely stay her again!

We stayed at Maria’s condo for 3 nights. Great location and the amenities are nice. The place was clean and the bed was comfortable. Would highly recommend this place.

Second time staying here with my girlfriend. This was even better since we took advantage of the amenities of Tiffany house. Place is just as picture. Balcony is huge. Everything is nice and modern. 1 block away from the beach. Short walk to bars and restaurants. Will come back again! Only negative is one of the sinks in the bathroom drains slowly, BUT it’s not a big deal since there is a second sink in the bathroom! Finally, host very responsive and accommodating with early check ins and late check outs.

The place is fantastic and the host is even better! The views from the unit are incredible day and night. Incredibly convenient and walkable to nearly anything you could want. Definitely one of the best places I've ever stayed and would happily stay again.

Amazing view, great location, have lots of restaurants, grocery stores. Beach was very beautiful and right infront of the building. Amazing pool and amamenities! my family and I enjoyed this place and we will definitely be back! The host was very responsive, valet parking very friendly and efficient.

Adriana is a great hostess. She sends codes, instructions, and texts to answer al questions and requests. The unit is beautiful and modern; we got everything we needed. The bed was big with a comfortable mattress. There were plenty of towels and toiletries; pots and pans were ready to prepare a quick meal. The complex has a large barbecue area, well covered to accommodate several guests cooking and eating. We enjoyed the pool and the surrounding areas. The Yacht Club has been a great experience; we recommend it, and definitely, we’ll return

Lugar soñado. Solo con entrar al apartamento y encontrarse de frente con el mar desde un piso 39 es inigualable y alucinante. Las camas de las 3 habitaciones son espectaculares!!! La piscina del resort es SUPER y el anfitrión Mike es muy atento y diligente, responde de inmediato cada consulta. Recomiendo no perderse este alojamiento que, si bien no entra en la categoría económico si les aseguro que haciendo un esfuerzo pasarán días inolvidables en este fabuloso ático!!! We cannot say enough about this gorgeous property. The hosts are lovely, they were attentive and they are very accommodating. We spent most of our time at home cooking. Definitely check By Her Fruits for fresh citrus and La Lupe for the best tacos and birria. Also, we love Blue Water Excursions for a day trip out to Boca. We also love the local seafood shops for Rock Crab and lovely daily catch. The kitchen is perfect for cooking. The neighborhood is very quiet. If you sit by the dock, you may see some cool wildlife too! We saw manatee, a Red Fish, Tarpon, and catfish. We loved everything about this flirty property and definitely will be back!

First impressions. So close to the airport! I didn't have to drive far after a long flight. The chexkn8n was easy, and the front of the home is gorgeous. the landscaping is well thought out, and very modern. The house was well lit, and smelled heavenly when I walked in. Very clean. all of the amenities are sleek and clean. The bed in the primary suite is incredibly comfortable, and had interesting decor, artful! My stay was wonderful on every level. even though the houses were close to each other it felt very private. the outdoor space is well maintained. Don't hesitate to book this place if you are visiting the area, it was worth it.

Plenty of space for the whole family! Updated bathrooms, home was clean, bright and spacious. Having a high chair and playpen for the baby was a plus. Great ambiance at night with lighted pool and string lights. Ample parking and close to airport and Ft. Lauderdale. Definitely would stay again or recommend to family members.

What a lovely home! We enjoyed our stay so much. The house is very spacious and our two adults and three teenagers felt very comfortable. The backyard/pool area is fantastic! There are a ton of amenities, however we spent most of our time in the pool, sunbathing and just enjoying the peaceful backyard. We would absolutely stay again!

The property was very clean and exactly as described in the listing. The decor is very pretty and beachy. There were plenty of towels and linens and the garage had a nice selection of beach chairs and toys. It would have been helpful to have a drying rack or two for bathing suites, etc. but overall we were very happy with our stay. The pool area was not our favorite. The hot tub was not heated and there were leaves and debris in the pool, but it did not ruin our stay. We would stay here again.
