If you want to add some simple fun during your stay, we provide kayaks (2) with life vests, floaties, noodles, bocce ball, bean bag and croquet. Please make good use of the fireplace, porch/deck, propane grill, outside furniture and a firepit too. We hope you can relax and rejuvenate during your time here.

A private 3 bedroom 3 full bath, waterfront home on the eastern shore of Green Bay. Quiet setting with 150 feet of beach frontage to enjoy a water view and amazing sunsets. Full kitchen in the walkout lower level along with a large enclosed sunroom facing the water.

Midway pond retreat finished basement

Spacious finished basement would be all yours as seen in photos. (There is a workshop and storage closet that would be excluded from use and we wouldn’t access these areas without clearing it with you first) We are located off highway 41 frontage road and have a nice pond with walking trail. There is some road noise but not heard from inside and not typically bothersome to guests while strolling the property.
