“Great place to stay in the Barossa. Easy to find, plenty of car parking, HUGE downstairs living area - dining table, lounge area, sitting room, smaller dining area and huge kitchen! We were able to bring our doggo who also loved it here. At times it was a little loud from road traffic but that’s to be expected given the location. Very nice and affordable accommodation - will definitely be back!”
Built in the 1950’s, this Mobil Service Station has been lovingly renovated to accommodate 4 guests. Receive a complimentary bottle of Burk Salter wine on arrival. Dogs welcome inside (owners to bring own dog bedding. Dogs not allowed on beds or furniture) Fenced back yard. Access to Private river spot with lawned area.
“Great place to get away to - easy walk or drive to your own private river front spot. We were lucky to be able to bring our dogs which was so convenient. Purpose of holiday was to relax, read and just unwind - which we were perfectly placed to do. All amenities provided and plenty of space. We will definitely return. Highly recommend Jane and Greg as hosts!”
Very modern holiday home set on the banks of the Murray River right at the end of the very much sort after area of Brenda Park via Morgan. With bedrooms separated from the main living area with a indoor/outdoor lounge in a breeze way that overlooks the stunning cliffs this area is known for.
“Depending on the weather, it's not a super glassy spot of the river, but you can head around the corner in the boat and it will flatten out. Would be ultra busy on a long weekend as it's in a row of shacks, amongst 3 groups of shacks fairly close together. But overall not a bad spot, and far enough away from the ferry at Morgan. The dock is also good to more to if you have your own buoys. The shack itself is nice, comfy beds, the living space and the bedrooms are seperate so good for putting kids down, plus a seperate lounge room for the bigger kids to hang out in.”
