Holiday rentals with lake access in Brumadinho

I ended up not getting in touch because I thought the information that came in PDF was very well done, about the access to the house, the amenities, the operation of everything inside and even about what was good in the city! It was a short but very enjoyable stay!

I just left the house and I'm already looking to come back. The house is beautiful, very cozy in all the details, very complete, great bed and bath linens, clean and smelling, the super pleasant leisure area, the location is excellent with all the infraesteutura and safety, and Elza is a very requested host, always ready to meet us. Anyway, my family and I spent a memorable family holiday!

Highly recommend, the place is beautiful has an amazing view, comfortable accommodations as described in the listing. The super full kitchen. Pedro's mother received us very well, and Pedro always responded to us immediately, always very attentive. Complete with linen, bath. We don't have to worry about anything. The high point and the heated pool that even with the most cloudy weather was able to enjoy super. we will come back in the next few opportunities.

The house is a grace, a real mining refuge that makes us feel at home in every way. Duly clean and with total structure to welcome a family and friends! The stay is even brighter in the mornings where nature presents us with the presence of the animals of the region, such as marmosets, on the property. I recommend for an excellent escape from urban madness in this true haven of peace.

Our stay at Casa “Aldeia” was simply unforgettable. Located in a gated community, the place offers total security and beautiful natural landscapes. The feeling of peace is immediate: lying in the hammock on the balcony, listening to the birds singing and feeling the breeze between the trees, was a real gift for the body and mind. The host Leonidas was extremely kind and attentive, always willing to help and ensure that everything was perfect. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Sandra, whose kindness and care made all the difference. I wholeheartedly recommend Casa Aldeia for those seeking a peaceful retreat, contact with nature and impeccable service. We will definitely be back!

This apartment was perfect for us! It had everything we needed Amanda more! The hot tub was a nice addition. Everything you need is in within walking distance and the area is very safe. We enjoyed walking around the lake in the park that is just 100 yards away! Highly recommended stay!!

I took a group to test and the place was ideal for them to rest. It had everything that was announced, the group liked the location, even went for a walk, and the host answered us very well, very friendly, being solicitous to our requests.

Great local, Ana was super attentive and helpful! It would come back easily. The only addendum that I think is valid to do is that the room is VERY hot 😅 but other than that, all perfect!

Although we only stayed one day, I think the stay was great! The space matches the description, and Alice was always very helpful and made us feel super comfortable. Not to mention the treats. I recommend it, and I would definitely come back.

I went to Inhotim on a Saturday with 4 other friends and we used Vander's residence to rest for the rest of the weekend. The rented property was perfect for a quick getaway. What stood out the most in our experience was the attention Vander and his family gave to our group. Always very helpful, we were greeted with warm cheese bread and a very tasty cake. The house has a really nice rustic atmosphere for those who like it, with a wood stove that was a big plus for the tour members. The rooms are comfortable and the three bathrooms were satisfactory. The view that the property offers of nature is very beautiful and it also has a very interesting space to make a fire and talk with friends. The path from Inhotim to the property was quiet, but you can offer problems in times of rain since it is not paved. For our group, it was very quiet since the car has no difficulties in this type of situation and Vander asked an employee to guide us from Inhotim to his property. The tour is also worthwhile for those who want to isolate themselves from the hustle and bustle of the big city for a while

Great stay for those looking to spend quiet days, in peace in the middle of nature. The site corresponds exactly to what the photos show, a simple, quiet and comfortable place. Suely, she was super understanding and receptive, answered all the messages quickly and resolved my doubts. The kitchen is equipped, has all the utensils. It has barbecue and wood stove. The waterfall that is inside the farm is wonderful as well as the swimming pool that is on the site, the water is wonderful, because it is supplied by the water that comes directly from the mine. I loved my stay!

Great local, quiet, beautiful, well-equipped, clean. Good bathrooms, good shower. We were very pleased! The only point of attention is about the availability of rooms, in the listing it informed 4 bedrooms, 3 with a double bed, but one of the rooms was locked, so a couple had to sleep in the bedroom with 2 single beds, which could be informed in advance, but nothing to discredit the space. If we have an opportunity we'll stay there again.

A soap opera house! The pictures don't fool, it's all really beautiful and perfect, as well as super comfortable. All rooms have a suite and air conditioning, the best quality room. Complete kitchen, beautiful dishes and glasses at the disposal of guests. Excellent leisure area, with swimming pool, barbecue area. Not to mention the amazing look, wonderful gardens, everything super charming. The condominium is super safe and quiet, ideal for rest. The host was very solicitous and responded to everything quickly and efficiently. Indico and I recommend!

Since before renting the place, Helder was very helpful and answered all questions. The place is a delight, very much like a farmhouse, with a swimming pool, a built-in barbecue, all the necessary kitchen utensils (including an Airfryer) and the rooms had a good space, accommodating 8 people easily and up to 12 people using the mattresses already available in the farmhouse. The en-suite is a show apart, with a beautiful view from the balcony. The sauna was a nice differential. The globe light and the sound box made a difference in our nights. Helder was attentive to every detail, from the initial instructions to check-in, providing all the necessary information about the house and its surroundings. The neighborhood is also great, a condominium with a doorman and security, and a nearby market (about a 15-minute walk). Helder left a meat to cook on the barbecue as a gift and wrote a caring message to welcome us. Spending New Year's there was our group's best choice! Recommended!

I really like this place, I always go with my family, it conveys peace and quiet and quiet is in a gated condominium, there is no dirt road, very fast internet, it is 13 km from the Inhotim institute. Great location. Walisson and Roberta always very helpful, I will definitely return soon.
