A large light filled self contained studio home. Decorated with a scandi-minimalist palette. This well appointed home offers a full kitchen with induction cooking facilities, convection oven and all the equipment to prep a romantic meal. A bedroom area under high vaulted ceilings decked out with a queen size bed, luxury mattress and egyptian cotton sheets, is a relaxing and airy space for kicking back after a day of exploring. A stylish and modern bathroom that boasts a rain-shower is just the way to unwind and soak up the Melbourne mornings. Guests have access to their private entrance and courtyard area with an alfresco garden setting for breakfasting and sharing a yarn next to a small organic herb garden. Michele and myself are available for any questions, tall stories and any recommendations for what to do in Melbourne. Located within the greenery and parklands of Princes Hill and Historic Carlton, it's a short stroll to Rathdown Street village and the iconic "Little Italy" eateries in Lygon St. Then settle in for a movie at the local Arthouse Cinema Nova. We are located within a 5 minute walking distance to tram lines heading to the City, Sydney Road and Brunswick East and parking is available around the home or else just bike about like a true local.

A good price because you aren't cooking much :) Yes, it’s a private place for yourself with parking and a simple kitchenette area. Everyone loves the tram and bus to your door, 5 mins walk to the shopping centre, parks, Zoo and cafe across the street. This little suite is bright, private, super clean & comfortable with Netflix, wifi, TV, bar fridge, microwave, kettle and great hot shower in private bathroom. Perfect location for where we wanted to be. We appreciated having parking and yet walked everywhere as there’s some excellent walking paths nearby. Immaculately presented and very well organised. All amenities provided were of high quality. Vanessa provided excellent, detailed instructions on how to collect the keys, access parking etc which ensured we had no problems at all.

We had a wonderful stay! The location couldn’t have been better—with the tram right outside the door, and grocery stores and multiple restaurants just across the street.
