Super cute, self contained, rustic little apartment. Set in a bird filled garden with outside seating and fire. Host on site but apartment has own entrance and privacy guaranteed. A little bit of Australian tranquility only 11kms from Melbourne CBD and a 19km drive from Melbourne Airport. Free street parking always available. A 1.5km walk to trams giving easy access to some of Melbourne's coolest inner city northern suburbs - Fitzroy, Northcote, Brunswick. Longer stays considered on enquiry.

This rustic little studio cottage is a 8x5m room in my backyard. It is also connected to my art studio on the south side. There is a separate side gate entrance on the right or West side of the house with a keycode. I will send this to you directly. The cottage is fully self-contained, kitchenette, frig, microwave, electric plug in hotplate, shower, toilet, WIFI, table & chairs, linen, Electric blanket, no TV. This cool urban Loft studio is fitted with a new kitchen and bathroom, and internal washing machine. This area is full of arts creatives. Close to the Maribrynong river, 13 mins walk to Footscray station and 11 mins on the train to the city. Footscray is a thriving suburb of multiculturalism. Just added a smart tv with Free Netflix. Bathed in light from a skylight rather than a window. The studio is upstairs ( 2nd floor) with no lift. I live next door.

Great to local shops, public transport and Sydney Road, my home is the perfect place to stay to explore Melbourne from, as well as feeling at home in the oldest part of Brunswick. Just a 20 minute, $40 to $45 Uber from the airport, you have plenty of options for staying, plus a little back yard and open studio to watch the kids play, or enjoy the afternoon sun.
