Holiday rentals with a patio in Bruntál District

Thank you so much for a beautiful and modern place to stay. Everything was in order. The place was clean, scented, and no problem. The description matches the photos - we might say that even better than the photos :) There was nothing missing between the amenities (all the dishes, towels, clean sheets, comfortable beds, ...). The location of the place was also convenient, without noise, but in a location where everything is a short walk. A souvenir shop, a restaurant, and a cafe were just on the ground floor. If you're hesitant to choose this place, we recommend 11/10 :) Thank you again for the opportunity to have a pleasant stay in Karlovo Studánka.

Everything went smoothly, the hosts were nice and always available, the apartment corresponded to the photos and was perfectly clean on arrival. In my experience, the kitchen equipment is above standard.

Absolutely no problem. We made the reservation at the last minute on the day of departure, it was not a problem and the host responded very quickly. Accommodation clean, cozy, equipped with everything you need. It is located on the 2nd floor without an elevator.

Beautiful and clean apartment in good location. Well-equipped and spacious for two. The owner gave clear check-in instructions, was welcoming, and always responded to messages right away. We can only recommend.

New, beautiful apartment with large balcony and forest view.. Everything clean, linens scented. She enjoyed the coffee and the small touches of the jv kitchen. Peaceful location, at the end of the village.

The vacation home was the best Airbnb we visited in the Czech Republic. Everything was simply available (all kitchen utensils, candles, batteries, cleaning utensils, dishwasher tabs, coffee capsules, dish towels, wipes, towels, shower gel, shampoo, notes, tissues, etc...). The beds were super comfortable, the bathrooms super clean, there was plenty of wood (including firewood, all free) for the fireplace and the fireplace outside, plus underfloor heating and bread sticks. Katerina and her family gave welcome gifts and farewell gifts, and they even set up 2 baby cribs for our twins - something like this is not a matter of course. We absolutely did not miss anything in the house and felt very comfortable. However, the house is in a very quiet, remote area and you have to drive a bit to get to a bigger city. But you can enjoy the tranquility in the adjacent forest. We wholeheartedly give a 100% recommendation!

A place with a beautiful walkable neighborhood. Postors were clean, beds comfortable. I would definitely recommend it especially to families with children. The place had a great vibe!

Great accommodation in privacy, beautiful nature, peace and a short distance to various trips in the area and to Opava. Gabka is a great host, perfect communication, warm treatment, room sufficient for sleeping and the whole house beautifully, practically furnished. Gabka also gave me great tips for trips. I felt like I was with a friend at Gabka's. I highly recommend it to everyone and I will definitely come again.

We had an amazing stay! The place was even better than we expected — clean, comfortable, and beautifully set up. Everything we needed was there, and it really felt like a home away from home. Functional apartment in a quiet area by the ski slope. Peace and quiet in the summer. Even on a hot day inside was nice. A parking space next to the building and a lockbox for a bike or ski in the building. The apartment is very well equipped and spacious.

I always like to stay there. The rooms really lovely and also the kitchen perfect for cooking.

Accommodation was great, parking right next to the house, beautiful surroundings, inside clean, fragrant. Clear instructions on what to do. Beautiful room, warmth, clean kitchen and beautiful bathroom. We felt at home there. We'll definitely recommend it, and we'll be back someday.
