The Studio is at the top 4th floor (the attic) and has a separate and independent entrance (no elevator and nor air-conditioned). We are 25 min walking distance to the city center (15min by metro). The Studio is just 1 minute from the metro station Ribaucourt, so you can get easily straight into central Brussels. There is a small equipped kitchen, bathroom and toilet inside the studio. This is not a hotel but a private house with a separate Studio for Airbnb. We live in the same building.

READ BEFORE ANYTHING: if you don't like cats, this place is not for you ;) Indeed, you will be accompanied by the sweetest and most cuddly of cats: Negroni, he is totally independent (he has his cat flap and his kibble dispenser, you will just have to give him water) Relax in this large, quiet and elegant duplex in a beautiful area of Brussels, close to everything. Tastefully and carefully decorated. It has a large garden, garden furniture and two terraces.

This apartment is very bright and was renovated in December 2021. It is located on the 2nd floor, without an elevator. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with an induction, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and microwave. There is a TV, and there is also WiFi and wired high speed internet. Furthermore, the bathroom also has a hairdryer. In the living room, there is a sofa that can be made into an extra bed for 1 person.
