It is a casita alpujarreña in the municipality of Capileira, Granada, on the slopes of sierra nevada, it is a very quiet neighborhood in the Honduran part of the village, the house has 2 floors, in the first is the entrance with a toilet, a dining room with fireplace, a kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances, and on the second floor there is a bathroom with shower, 2 bedrooms with bed of 1.35, in one of them there is no window, and a terracita with views, to spend a few pleasant days!!

Cortijo Alguaztar, a little paradise

Traditional Alpujarran house of 80 sq m set in a paradise garden and orchard of 3000 sq m, located just outside Bubion village with a short walk to the neighbouring village, Capileira. Ancient mulepaths lead in all directions directly from the house. Perfect location for hiking, riding, cycling or relaxing in the pure mountain air. Eagles, bee-eaters, and wild ibex can all be seen from the garden. Legally I can only rent to 3 guests (although there are 2 double beds). Fast WiFi for working.

It has very easy access as it is next to the main road to unload and with a parking lot very close by. Other than that, from the house you can access the main road to make multiple trails. Corjito Abubilla is in an established small organic fruit farm and ornamental garden, this bright studio apartment that has a small kitchen/sitting area and en suite bathroom, is part of the main house, but you have your own terrace (with beautiful mountain views) and access to the 16 meter Swimming Pool and a private entrance to the apartment. There is also a two bedroom casita on the property. Free parking on the property. We welcome people form all backgrounds.
