Holiday rentals with a sauna in Bucaramanga

i loved it, very clean, tidy, the bed comfortable, the pillows also that is appreciated when you get to rest. recommendations to have a floor fan for each room since the ceiling does not ventilate enough. otherwise everything was wonderful, I would definitely stay again.

The location is as described perfectly located for you to walk 15 to 20 minutes to Sotomayor, all over Cabacera, and also west to the Cathedral. You can take a taxi ride as far as the entrance to the Cerro del Santisimo in Floridablanca for 5 to 6 dollars. There are a ton of restaurants .Just next door Mega Burger a meal would go for 3 to 4 dollars. The reception "Security" is always willing . As a foreigner I took advantage of the SPA clinics nearby . And I needed to relax and recuperate .The appartment is small. The view from the balcony is wonderful . If your a sloe traveller that eats out , spends most of his time outside this is perfect for you. There is a charge of 2.50 to use the laundry. The gym on top floor has three basic machines and 1 barbell. I did not use the jacuzzi. Its rented and only on weekends. The bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is small.

Perfect for my needs and in the same building as the people I was visiting! I hope to be back soon.

The place is as shown in the photos with everything at hand. The area is very safe and has easy access to supermarkets, shopping centers, shops... Gina was very kind and was always available to resolve any concerns and setbacks.

Great place and excellent location

It's a 10/10, the place is super nice, well organized, cozy and well located. It brings together everything cool in the same place, a pool with a wonderful view, as well as games, gym, sauna and Turkish bath for the tastes of each guest. Additionally, from Juan the host to those who work there, they are very kind. We received very clear directions to get there and the response was always immediate. I would definitely come back on the next trip.

Excellent location. Ariel was very friendly and responsive. The portero's were friendly and very helpful. The only caveat was that it's listed as a 2bed and I only had access to one of the bedrooms. the 2nd bedroom was locked. I recommend confirming if you'll have access to the 2nd bedroom prior to booking.

Very well kept apartment in a good location, clean and spacious, and host was super responsive! They welcomed us into the apartment on very short notice, and even replaced the blender that broke within less than a day. Very satisfied and would stay here again.

The studio was clean and in good condition, Andrés was always attentive and the instructions to find the place and enter the premises were clear.

Very satisfied with our stay, don Enrique is a super host, both he and his manager are super attentive and helpful, they will give you their attention and immediate help for any concerns or requests regarding the apartment and your stay in the city; in fact we had a situation that required the attention and maintenance service in the apartment upon our arrival, but it was satisfactorily resolved during the first week of our stay. The apartment is very well located, in a safe and quiet area, surrounded by everything you may need, it has everything informed in the description for a comfortable and pleasant stay. I recommend stay in Reserva Canaveral and Don Enrique as a super host.

The apartment is impeccable, as in the photos, the view is incredible and you feel very safe.

Best air bnb host I’ve ever had, I came down to Colombia from Canada to get surgery with dr hector, the air bnb is only 5 minutes away from the clinic. Cesar was nothing but amazing!!! He was super sweet and attentive anytime I needed anything he was there and not to mention I missed my flight he let me come back to the apartment after my check out to take a nap and relax while I was getting my flights situated. I would definitely stay here again!

Maria is very kind and attentive, flexible with check-in and check-out time, open to requests. A very nice and quiet place, the photos don't do the space justice, it's much nicer and cozy. The kitchen equipped with all the necessary utensils; dishware, pots, blender, microwave oven and all the toilet. Travelers may expect that the TV does not have access to streaming platforms although there is no internet connection, no sound equipment, no iron, otherwise, a great place.

We had a wonderful time there. The house is beautiful, the landscape is unique and the experience of sharing with the animals is beautiful. Don Benedicto and his wife are very friendly, helpful and attentive to guests' needs at any time. We really enjoyed the Turkish bath! It's a shame we went during the fly season, we suggest having more fans or another system so they don't bother you so much, especially in the kitchen. We will definitely stay at the little place again!

Oscar is a very good host, he answers any questions, very kind. The family was very comfortable. Definitely a place to come back to for a few days.
