It's an excellent place, with an excellent location, the service is first class and very clean, highly recommended.

Our stay was like we had been coming for years and being with family. Efren is, friendly, knowledgeable and an incredible host, whenever we had a question he was always able to give trustworthy and helpful advice.

David’s place is absolutely stunning! The property is in a great location with easy access along the beach to Zona Romantica , the Malecon and restaurants. If you decide to take uber instead, it’s a quick 5 minute ride and cost $2-$3 into town. It was nice to have a restaurant next to the pool which we found very reasonable and the food is very good. The property is a paradise and in the evening you’ll fall asleep listening to the sound of the waves crashing onto the rocks. I will definitely be coming back and make reservations to stay at David’s home at Sayan Tropical.

It is a great place to enjoy vacation

This unit has beautiful ocean bay views, and the sunsets were amazing! The place accurately matches the photos and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed during our stay. It is in a busy neighborhood so there is plenty to do within a short walk in all directions. While the frameless sliding glass doors are nice for views, there was noticeable street noise at night that might be a consideration for light sleepers. The building lobby and roof terrace are a nice experience, and roof top pool is a superb place to relax. The host was very responsive and helpful during our stay in Puerto Vallarta. Thank you!

We enjoyed the quiet of this location and the large space we shared with our two adult daughters. Nicolas was very responsive to any concerns we had. The staff at the gate were friendly and accommodating. The view was spectacular and we spent much time on the deck enjoying it. We also loved the pool and the view from it. The walk to the main townsite was about 15 to 20 minutes and we felt safe walking it, even late at night. The alternatives for transportation to other towns was readily available and Nicolas's descriptions and recommendations were great (maybe updating the book). We would highly recommend this space to anyone who wants to have the benefit of privacy but access to any other experiences they are looking for in Mexico.

The place is amazing, quiet, clean, amenities were really good and there are stores nearby to get everything you need. Also close to Vallarta.

What a fantabulous property. My wife and I stayed here with our 7 mth old daughter. They were able to accommodate a pack n play for our daughter to sleep. This was a huge plus for us so we didn't need to fly with one. The space is great. Beds were comfortable. Two bathrooms with great showers. There IS now beach chairs and umbrella which we used. 3 minute walk to the beach. Plenty of room on the beach, never crowded. I will say as mentioned in other reviews, the pool is cold, sounds like heat is coming. However, its also really hot out (March) and we are used to cold lakes so the pool was refreshing. There was some construction but not bothersome. The rooftop is very picturesque. Often there was no one else even using the rooftop when we went up. Great spot to watch the sunsets. Location is great, lots of restaurants. We didn't eat in much as there were so many affordable great eats around. Balcony was great to retreat to in the evenings and watching the people during the day. Happy!

Staying at Patricia’s place was absolutely worth it! It felt just like home—cozy, clean, and welcoming. Patricia was incredibly responsive and made everything so easy. Plus, the pictures perfectly match the space—what you see is exactly what you get. Highly recommended!

I went for the sole purpose of disconnecting from the work day and relaxing on the beach with my boxer dog, and it was achieved! The loft is beautiful and super suitable, it has everything you need The condominium staff at all times are super friendly and respectful. obviously there are rules and you have to take care of the facilities but both me and my dog treated us super well. has easy access to the beach and is a very nice beach perfect for swimming and walking Diego was aware that everything was perfect and he didn't miss out on any details to make it so. He's an excellent host. I would definitely go back, spend a few magical days.

This was the perfect space for a relaxing vacation! The full kitchen and option to stock the pantry allowed us to make meals at our leisure. The balcony and full length windows made for great sunset views and there’s nothing quite like falling asleep and waking up to the sounds of waves. We highly recommend this condo and both Sean and Jesus were incredibly responsive and helpful.

Our stay at Alexanders place was great. Lovely views, all the things you need and a beautiful apartment. We really enjoyed it. There are a lot of hill around, which we didn't mind but it something people should be aware of. We loved being able to walk to the beach and all the surrounding restaurants.

We had a great time! The apartment is exactly as it appears in the photos. It is comfortable and with a beautiful view of the beach, it is located very close to the pool and the hotel is very nice. We would stay there again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ As an Airbnb Superhost managing 45 properties myself, I have high standards when I travel and this penthouse in Puerto Vallarta absolutely delivered. The space is beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and incredibly comfortable. The highlight has to be the stunning city view from the penthouse level—watching the sunset over the skyline was truly magical. The location is unbeatable. Everything we wanted to do was either a short walk or a quick Uber ride away, making it incredibly convenient to explore all that Puerto Vallarta has to offer. From great restaurants to beach clubs and local attractions, nothing felt out of reach. One thing to note: while the penthouse elevation offers fantastic views, you can still hear some of the busy street noise at night. That said, it wasn’t noticeable during the day, and it certainly didn’t take away from the overall experience. All in all, I was very impressed.

Edwin’s place was absolutely amazing. It truly felt like a resort. The apartment was beautifully designed, spotless, and had everything we needed. Waking up and watching the ocean from the balcony felt like a dream. The location is perfect too. Just a short walk to the beach, great restaurants, and grocery stores, even organic healthy ones. The view from the hot tub and pool is breathtaking, especially at sunset. We also loved the gym and the cozy hangout area. It was the perfect balance of relaxation and convenience. Would 100% stay here again.

We had a great stay. the place was clean and as depicted. The location was amazing for exploring Bucerias and we enjoyed lounging by the poolside. However, there are a few quirks to note for a place of this price point. For some reason the lights flicker when you run a tap - caution to those with epilepsy or light sensitivity. The only windows face towards an internal courtyard which is hard to fully block off with curtains, as there is a big gap in the curtains unless you keep the sliding bedroom door closed. Check-in could be more clear, as the building entrance is set back far from the street through a dark building overhang. lastly there was some construction directly under us that woke us a couple mornings - even on a Saturday. By the looks of it, they are still building the ground floor commercial units. Again - really enjoyed our stay, but felt these items were noteworthy given the price we paid.

This place was a hidden gem! Such an easy spot on the beach, very quiet and private. Incredible views, the in-house restaurants had decent food. Not a lot of other food options within walking distance, but many just a quick Uber ride away. Beautiful pools, extremely clean common spaces, and great gym we used daily. Everyone was so friendly, and the unit was excellent! We would definitely return.

I had my doubts if it was close to the beach and it really is close, it's only 1 block away, it's very comfortable, you have a pharmacy and oxxo nearby. Everything is very comfortable, there is a pool and jacuzzi available with a beautiful view. The bad thing is that you have to park somewhere far away if it rains because they say that it floods. It didn't rain, so we left our car in front and we had no problem

We loved this place and would definitely book again. Pros: Gorgeous landscaped property with multiple pools/jacuzzis/hot tubs, the host Regina was super-responsive and helpful, quiet beach with no big waves and no vendors, lots of seating options, condo was very clean and well-equipped, lovely decor, not a party resort Cons: Mattress and pillows were firmer than we prefer, beach was a bit rocky, there was some construction noise (not constant)

From the moment we arrived, everything was perfectly prepared and felt instantly welcoming. The space is bright, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, with thoughtful details that made it feel like home. The rooms are large, the beds are super comfortable, and we slept so well every night. Waking up to the ocean view was a highlight. Anhai was fantastic—friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond. She made everything easy and stress-free. Outside, the view is stunning and the whole place is quiet and peaceful. We loved having coffee on the terrace and just listening to the sound of the waves. The resort amenities were also excellent—clean, well-maintained, and convenient. It was a truly memorable stay and we’re already looking forward to coming back.

We had a great time. We’ve been to Puerto Vallarta a few times, this was our first time in an AirBnB in the city. The condo was gorgeous and looks just like the pictures, the pool area was spectacular. It is right on the beach. Christine was the best host and very communicative. The concierge team was very friendly and the building and grounds were extremely clean. There are a few coffee shops within walking distance that we enjoyed and a fun tequila tasting around the corner. We would definitely stay again.
