Had a great stay while working in the area. Host always responded quickly to any questions. The place in the pictures is exactly what you will see when arrive. Along with it also, is being spotless and extremely clean.

Spotless and super-comfortable—clearly well cared for. Richard and Greg replied instantly whenever I needed them. The location is very good: close to downtown and right by the golf course, where I enjoyed a quiet, early-morning run. It’s only a short drive to the River District, packed with great restaurants and bars, and just a few minutes farther to the beach for a warm-water sunset. We stayed one night and loved every minute. Highly recommend!

The property was clean and comfortable. Wendy was proactive with her communications on how to gain entry. She also provided suggested activities in the area. 10/10, of we are back in town we are staying at Wendy’s place.

Brody was very responsive, helpful and friendly. The unit was extremely clean. There was anything you could want in the kitchen, from silverware, pots and pans, cutting boards, mixing bowls, potholders, glasses, plates, etc. Back patio was quite comfortable. I have to say the bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in for quite some time. Quality appliances and hardware. Plenty of wooden hangars. He even had a clothes steamer to use! I highly recommend this place and will look for it on my next visit to Fort Myers!

The moment I entered the house, I was captivated by the elegant decor and warm ambiance. The interior design seamlessly blended modern aesthetics with cozy elements, creating an inviting atmosphere. Large windows allowed natural light to flood the space, enhancing its beauty. The house was equipped with top-notch amenities. The kitchen boasted modern appliances, making it a joy to cook meals. The living area was spacious, featuring comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV. Additionally, the outdoor space was a highlight, with a beautifully landscaped garden and a patio perfect for relaxing or enjoying meals al fresco. The cleanliness of the property was impeccable. It was evident that great care was taken to maintain the house, making me feel comfortable and at home throughout my stay.

This place was very clean and spacious. Neighborhood very quiet and loved having the canal in the back. We will definitely try again for this home in future visits!

Fully enjoyed my week at this location!! Was the peacefulness my soul was craving, will highly recommend Michael and his home to family and friends. I honestly wish I was still at this home instead of back home dealing with crazy family members that decided to show up as a "surprise" 😂 Will happily book with Michael again!!

It was great. Super clean and a very close uber to a lot of surrounding areas.

I had a wonderful stay. Booked the airbnb for a weekend trip to attend a wedding. Very easy to walk to downtown. The place was super cozy. Easy check in and check out. Great AC for that Florida heat. Had no issues. Overall, an excellent experience.

Daysi was a super host. Place was amazing clean and peaceful to take time out of everyday work day. Me and my husband needed time off from the world and daysi place did that. I will be back for another getaway.

My husband and i stayed and it was a very convenient location for us. We went to Jet Blue and it was a very convenient drive. The place was very clean and the air conditioning worked great which is always good! We were welcomed with a sweet card and welcome goodies. We would stay again.

When folks enjoy hospitality it is obvious. Bear Necessities is a wonderful AirBnB. The kitchen is functional and well equipped. The bed is comfortable, and the whole apartment is lovely. The bear theme is well done and fun, but not over done. Charlotte and I van are excellent hosts. Lots of thoughtful touches to show that they want you to enjoy your stay. The location was good for us as we don’t really enjoy being in the busy parts of town. We enjoyed the quiet.

Absolutely loved staying in this private home! Everything was exactly as listed and even better than expected. I got engaged on our stay there and it was the perfect place to celebrate as a couple! A very private, cute, and comfortable home. The pool was awesome to have and even had blowup tubes included. Would definitely come back here!

We loved our stay here! Definitely recommend. We loved having all of the beach supplies - chairs, cooler, large towels, wagon, etc. It’s close to the beach which is a huge plus. We also used the bikes every single night to get places. We really enjoyed that they were available. Also appreciated having the guest information book. It provides information and pictures of everything you could possibly need and many recommendations for restaurants or things to do in the area.

This property is unique. Great location at end of cul-de-sac makes it easy to locate and is private. Right on a canal with wide view of the river, easy access. Kayaks ready to go. Bring your boat. Restaurant/store within walking distance with GREAT pizza and sandwiches, beer, pop, etc. Excellent location to parks, lot's of parks, bike park, walking parks, Manatee park. Accommodations are just down right comfortable. Everything you need. Bed is very comfortable. Storage for your stuff so you aren't cluttering the living space. Host is as good as they get. Great communication, friendly, accommodating. You will not be disappointed with this property. Have stayed more than once because of these things and more.

Our stay at Yenny’s condo was great! She communicated quickly whenever I reached out before our stay and even contacted us once we were there asking if we needed a packnplay! The location is close to the grocery store, restaurants and Cape Coral beach. We hope the condo is available in the future when needed as our stay couldn’t have been better. Thank you, Yenny

Everything was as expected, especially concerning construction. The grounds were still greatly in disrepair, but that didn’t bother us. The location to the beach was outstanding, which was the main feature we were looking for. As we don’t rent a car, we had to Uber everywhere we wanted to go. The only walkable restaurants were Doc’s (across the street 👍) and Coconut Jack’s. It was okay. The condo was fully furnished with everything we could possibly need, save for a beach cart which would have been nice. We especially enjoyed the lanai; it has a wonderful view. Communication was excellent and very responsive.

absolutely gorgeous condo with walkout to the beach. it was spacious and clean and he was accommodating in allowing us to get in a little earlier than normal check in. high recommend this place I will defiantly be booking here again!

Caihlin was a fantastic host. Very responsive to our questions/concerns. The place was just as beautiful as the pictures showed and we enjoyed everything about it. There were plenty of beach items to use, so we didn't need to purchase anything to enjoy the beach. There were plenty of games to play, books to read and even a drawer full of extra batteries for the TV remote if needed. We even had access to their 2 bikes and took an enjoyable morning bike ride into Fort Myers beach. You will not be disappointed at all with your stay.

I loved this place! We are hoping to stay here again in May. It was just like the pictures but even better. The lake was amazing and it was so quiet and peaceful. Thank you for making our trip memorable.

Condo was very nice, clean, and updated. It had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable! We were a little bummed that the balcony didn’t face the water, it faces the parking lot but we still were able to see from the side. The beach was great, private and we saw a lot of manatees and dolphins very close up. The bridge that is being built was interesting to watch and once completed, the views will be even better! Definitely a cute little place to stay! Owners were great and very responsive! Overall, it was a very fun 2 weeks!!
