The property is an insulated wooden studio with its own garden area plus sole access to a heated pool from 23 May to 22 September 2025 apart from one hour a day. Relax in private luxury with a fantastic teak hot tub and award winning luxury swimming pool just feet from your door. Fitted with remote controlled privacy blinds which can be fully or partially openen. Underfloor heating is also fitted. This area is completely private and not shared with other guests.

Pool House at Mill Cottage

The Pool House on the grounds of Mill Cottage is unique. Guests will have exclusive use of the pool (open March 1st - October 1st only). Sitting directly on the Thames there are plenty of riverside restaurants and cafes to explore by foot or boat. The Pool House has one bedroom with black out blinds and one small sofa bed in the main room where there are no blinds. Goring on Thames village is a couple of minutes walk away as is the train station. There is a BBQ and outdoor seating area.

The Old Sunday School is in the grounds of a Grade-II listed Georgian rectory, opposite a medieval church. It has been newly converted and refurbished in an open-plan contemporary style, and finished to a very high specification. It has a private entrance and garden and patio area. Guests have access to the hosts' seven-acre landscaped garden in an area of outstanding natural beauty. In the summer months [MAY-mid SEPTEMBER] guests will have shared use of the outdoor pool with the owners.

Excellent location for country walks, pub lunches and exploring nearby Woburn and Woburn Sands. Close to Woburn Golf and Aspley Guise Golf Clubs. Quiet and peaceful space surrounded by trees. Located at the bottom of a secluded private street with only a handful of other houses. The Annex is separate from the main house so you will have your own space. There is a large double bedroom, large kitchen and living space. Extra mattresses can be provided to sleep extra people comfortably.
