A short walk across the grounds leads to a small coffee roastery, farmland, and a state forestry park, where guests can immerse themselves in outdoor activities or enjoy a delicious coffee.

Tiny Home of Whittington

This cozy tiny home is located a little over one mile off of Interstate 57 and within two miles of Rend Lake. Whether traveling through and needing an easy one night stay or a weekend getaway, this is the place for you. Located in the quiet village of Whittington, the property has great access to the area while providing a peaceful stay on the edge of the country. Our property has multiple rental buildings, but there is plenty of parking space for anyone traveling with a pickup and trailer.

Great for a couple, an outdoorsman, or travelers! This cabin is located on our 20 acre property, less than 10 minutes from Rend Lake, I57 access, and public hunting land and within 1 hour of the Shawnee National Forest. Includes use of kayaks, fishing poles for the catch & release pond, and a walking trail. Bow target use available upon request. Gas grill, firepit and firewood. PLEASE NOTE: its a 12x20 studio cabin with 1 full bed and 1 twin sized foam couch sleeper. We don't allow pets.

You're just minutes from renowned local wineries, a casino, countless outdoor adventures, and wedding and campus destinations. Heads Up: This property is on a working flower farm. The occasional sound or sight of farm equipment in operation is part of the charm! We take great care to ensure a peaceful experience for our guests.

Charming 3 bedroom retreat

Four friends have joined forces to create this cozy space for you to feel right at home in. We've made the space fun, with each bedroom having a unique theme. Our coffee bar also offers a variety of mugs, so each person can pick their favorite. We had your comfort in mind when we selected new queen mattresses, soft bedding, and plush towels. The couch and extra seating are very comfy. For our likeminded germaphobe friends, we chose light bedding to ensure utmost cleanliness.

Come enjoy your own space, private pool in summer, fire pit for fall & winter, country views, less than a mile from the lake marina and nearby year-round activities. Plenty of parking spaces! What makes this place special is comfy beds and the gathering potential to have everyone under one roof while being next to something for everyone: kayaking, beaches, boat ramps, parks, hiking, wildlife photography, hunting, fishing, golf, Du Quoin rodeo, and plenty of food options.

"Quiet And Secluded Country Setting" BIG OAKS

We have a 2000 sq. ft. home located on 3 acres in a very country setting. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, master bed room has queen size bed, second bedroom has full size bed and third bedroom has 2 twin beds. Large master bath with large soaking tub and shower. Spacious kitchen is set up to cook if you like, . The back porch over looks the woods and fields with lots of deer siting. Our location is very quit and peaceful. also there is a garage you have access to.

A cozy get away in a quiet setting overlooking a pond bank and woods only 5 minutes away from our Main Street which will soon be beaitifully decorated for Christmas! We are only 31 minutes away from Garden of the Gods located in the Shawnee National Forrest as well as Giant City State Park. Also only 25 minutes away from beautiful Rend Lake -and we have space to park your boat! ...or you can just sit out in the back yard and relax.

Your home away from home back home. You’ll be right down the street from your parents, the football game, your Uncle’s deer stand, & just minutes from Dixie Cream Donuts for some quick nostalgia. Two full beds, one bath with a walk-in shower, & large living room windows so you can gaze out at the streets you grew up on over your morning coffee. This house was in my husband's family. His mother, Marie, moved in when she was 6 months old in 1917. This house holds a lot of great memories for me! A perfect stay for family reunions, homecomings and vacations! We have a complete kitchen, one and a half baths and 3 bedrooms to make your stay comfortable and access to the internet and TV.
