Holiday rentals with beach access in Buddina

Great little flat to stay in, extremely well setup and all amenities looked after! Very peaceful area with no interrupts and located very central to everything in the area. Roxy was extremely helpful and polite which made the stay so much easier.

Stayed for 5 nights for a girls time away. Apartment is very comfortable in every way. Good kitchen ( not that we cooked). Comfy beds with great bathrooms with everything you would need. Only downside is in the second bedroom the foyer light is on 24 hours and the window coverings don’t block the light sufficiently. Hard to get used to when you’re used to a dark room. But certainly not a deal breaker. Lovely decor and the position was fantastic. Walking distance to everything. Beautiful garden and pool and beach was literally 20 steps away. Through a beach path. Perfect for a young family. Parking is under building and is very tight and difficult to get in and out of if you have a large car. Otherwise I would recommend to anyone. And I would definitely stay again next time I visit.

Best place we've stayed in Sunshine Coast and we can't wait to return and stay again. This place is an absolute treasure and Tracey (who we met at check-in) was brilliant and gave us some extra local recommendations for restaurants and playgrounds which we greatly appreciated. Apartment is exactly as per the photos, but the incredible decor also creates such a beautifully calm space. Well appointed kitchen for cooking and great pool / jacuzzi area which also has a BBQ area. Simply brilliant.

Great location, easy access and parking. Very homely and also catered for our 22 month old, with portable cot and a variety of toys. Would stay again if down this way and certainly recommend this accomodation

Spectacular! Neil and Sherie were extremely responsive and helpful from the outset. It was a welcome change to be greeted by the owners and their fur-baby, shown around the property and given lots of helpful tips. The apartment is modern and felt like home from the moment we walked in. It had everything we needed for us, our baby and our dog. Neil and Sherie have thought of everything, including beach towels, generous pantry items and fridge snacks. The location is incredible and a very short pleasant walk from the beach, cafe and our fiends place. We will definitely stay with Neil and Sherie again.

We had a fabulous stay in this apartment. Amazing communication & very clear instructions on how to access the keys & the property. The apartment was in a great location, one street behind all the shops & restaurants and the beautiful beach. The apartment was also spotless and had everything you need & more. We had a great stay, wish we could have stayed longer and made the most of it. Karen was flexible with check in and out which was really great for us as we had a big night at a wedding the night before. Location is phenomenal, so close to everything, right near the beach and omg the patisserie accross the road was a lovely surprise!

We enjoyed our 6 nights at Anne & David's place. The house is beautiful, clean, homey and relaxing straight away. The kitchen is well stocked with any utensils or gear you might need to cook up a storm. Lots of local food options also available, and we got some delivered a few times. Plenty of space for 2 small families or 1 large. It was great to walk out the back gate onto the pathway and onto the beach. A lovely beach to walk along with our kids and 2 little dogs, or to soak up the sun and views and build sandcastles. Afternoon shade is provided in some places by the dune trees. Anne was an excellent host with great communication and a genuine desire to create the best holiday space possible. The beach cart, beach toys and boogy boards were greatly appreciated and used by the kids. The outdoor and BBQ area next to the pool was very relaxing, quiet and beautiful with the garden plants and array of seating. Thanks Anne & David.

Emily's place was quite idyllic, plenty of space & facilities for 3 families. The weather was wild but we still managed to take advantage of the pool & the beach. We would seriously consider another stay in the future Thank you for a great stay Marg

This place was very comfortable to stay. I needed somewhere secure for my dog for an extended stay and I was lucky to find this place available. Great location yet peaceful inside. Would book again for short term stays.

Right from requesting a booking Suzi was always very quick to respond. Helping out with what ever was needed. Also arranged for her husband to come over the same day to fix a few issues that occurred and arranging a time to suit us. A very suitable and dog friendly place. A great separate area/office set up to work from. Lovely home away from home. Very easy to walk everywhere, to the shops, cafes, Mooloolaba Beach and Alexandra Headlands. OBH exceeded my expectations. The house is beautifully decorated and furnishings are tasteful and calming. It is also so spacious that you can find a spot to be alone if thats what you need. The beds were so comfy, cloud like pillows and lots of them! The view was magnificent, mesmerising and calming. I spent many hours gazing out at the ocean. To me it is a soul cleansing location. Large glass doors and windows allowed for a view outside from the kitchen and living areas. Melanie and Vera are such wonderful hosts who responded so quickly and were always friendly and helpful. The kitchen is stocked with amazing appliances - especially the large air-fryer!! I cannot fault anything about our stay at Our Beach House. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. I'm sure you will fall in love with it too. Gill Z

Kirsti was super helpful and we really enjoyed our stay. The house had such an amazing, unique design that really added to the relaxing atmosphere. We enjoyed the place so much that we cancelled a few of our other plans in the area and stayed inside. Highly recommend!

Jellyfish House exceeded our expectations in so many ways! As an extended family with a wide range of ages, there was something for everyone. Even the dogs were safe and happy in the fully enclosed backyard. The kids loved the pool and slide, the trampoline, and ninja gym. The adults enjoyed the games room and comfy lounges everywhere! So many thoughtful touches - the well stocked kitchen - so many toys! Our family is already planning our next visit!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our couple of days at this spacious, well equipped and spotless apartment. We loved the location and the facilities were great too. We would recommend this property to family and friends. Thank you for letting us stay 😊.

It is so close to the beach, great coffee shop downstairs, the apartment is quiet, very clean and had everything necessary. It was perfect. This is the second time I’ve stayed here. This apartment is in an amazing location with a fabulous pool, great for swimming laps and for kids. It’s a quick walk to the beach. I stayed for 2 months while visiting family nearby. Hank and Hailz are fabulous hosts, a real pleasure to deal with. I will stay here again.

Great location. Easy walk into Mooloolaba. Clean, fantastic views, great no hassle communication. Had everything that we needed for a short 3 day stay. Would definitely recommend.

Tim and Kim’s place is well located being within walking distance to Hastings Street, the shops in the opposite direction, the beach and the national park. The bed is extremely comfortable and the showers have plenty of hot water and good pressure. The condo contains all the equipment you need to prepare a meal. The cleanliness has to be balanced against the age of the apartment, meaning that it is as clean as it can be for an apartment of its age. If you’re wanting a sparkling, recently renovated apartment this one isn’t that. We enjoyed the facilities of the complex - the sauna and table tennis. We would happily stay in this apartment again.

We have stayed at Maree's property several times in recent years. That speaks for itself. We are generally quite fussy where we stay but we always holiday when at Coolum Beach at Maree's Airbnb without hesitation. Thanks Maree.

Perfect location, walking distance to Main Street, supermarket and BWS right around the corner as well as a 10ish min walk to Mooloolaba Beach!! Serene and Sarah were super accomodating and easy to communicate with! Comfy king bed and great amenities. Would definitely rebook!
