The studio retreat is located on our family property acreage, in a gorgeous rainforest setting, situated close to but separate from our family home. A perfect place to rest after a day exploring all the Coast has to offer!

Washing machine, ironing board, and secure parking, suitable for Caravans and Motor Homes. Our Sunny Studio is the perfect base to explore surrounding beaches, local dining and shopping.

If you are looking for a relaxing quiet get away this private room is perfect for you. The property has its own separate entrance with self check in. Lie in bed all day in the cool air-conditioning. Enjoy expansive views to the ocean from Maroochydore to Mount Coolum and Yandina. Step out to your private deck and relax on the outdoor lounge. The private ensuite has been newly renovated with stone and subway tiles. Includes small microwave oven, fridge, tea and coffee making facilities.
