"My property is in the quiet and charming village of Budock Water ten minutes drive from Falmouth Town centre, and from the beaches, all good swimming beaches. The property is a semi detached set in a residential area, in a quiet location, with a private sunny garden. The village has a local food shop for those basics, If you fancy a drink we have a village pub, which offers seating outside. I sometimes live in the cabin detached from the house to the back, private from the house, no access.

Mariners Mirror

Mariners Mirror is situated on the water’s edge with access from the private terrace into the sea! It is perfect for those who love wild swimming and paddle boarding, as well as those wishing to stay on terra firma and watch the world go by. It is a 2 minute climb up the stone steps, through the iconic Barracks Ope and out onto the Old High Street (or 4 minutes if you want to avoid the steps!). From here you can experience Falmouth’s best independent shops, cafes, bars and restaurants.

The cabin is a tiny house concept designed to a high spec with a Japanese style bath it is one room with a double sofa bed Simba sprung mattress topper for comfort .20 mins walk to 3 beaches and town, in a quiet location with deck looking out to a green landscape and big sky , we are along side a small branch line train , stops at bedtime. most of the time a quiet green spot .the branch line runs from Truro to falmouth ,good access by foot to Penmere station and buses to the university

There is a well equipped kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with double bed, sitting room, and south facing patio garden. You have two off-road parking spaces with an EV charger. Swanpool Beach and the South West Coast Path are just an 8 min walk away. The famous 'Gylly' Beach and Falmouth are a further 15 mins along the coastal path.

A stylishly furnished king-sized annex with its own private entrance. The room is at the back of our Victorian townhouse with its own ensuite shower room and private outdoor space. It is located in central Falmouth close to the town centre, beaches, stations and some of the university campus buildings. It is ideal for couples, parents visiting their kids at uni and business travelers. On-street parking is free. Garden sauna available on request Oct-March for £15ph.
