This unique cosy cabin is surrounded by the trees with its own entrance and self check-in. It is only a few minutes drive from the sea and the many beautiful beaches of Falmouth. There is good Wi-Fi and Netflix etc. Shower bathroom. Tea and coffee, kettle, toaster also a microwave and fridge, cutlery, glasses and plates. Linen and towels included There is a balcony for alfresco eating and evening drinks in the sunshine. The Cabin is super cosy and has everything you need for a country stay.

"My property is in the quiet and charming village of Budock Water ten minutes drive from Falmouth Town centre, and from the beaches, all good swimming beaches. The property is a semi detached set in a residential area, in a quiet location, with a private sunny garden. The village has a local food shop for those basics, If you fancy a drink we have a village pub, which offers seating outside. I sometimes live in the cabin detached from the house to the back, private from the house, no access.

The annexe is a very spacious room and tastefully furnished, which includes a super king size bed, and en- suite shower room.The annexe has its own private courtyard and off the road parking. We are within easy reach for Falmouth’s shops, restaurants, bars, cafes, and beaches, which are about 20 minutes walk. The only cooking facilities that we have is a microwave, toaster, small fridge, and tea making facilities.

This place is a hidden gem and Peter and Fran are absolute stars of kindness. The house has a spacious garden where I could peacefully walk my cat. It was spotlessly clean, cozy, and fully equipped with everything you might need. The bed is the most comfortable I've ever experienced. The location is perfect, close to many beautiful spots, coastal walks, and some of the best towns in Cornwall. We’d definitely come back. Highly recommended!

I had such a lovely stay at Amelia’s private bedroom with en suite. It was surrounded by greenery and really peaceful. I slept so well. Lovely bathroom and a good shower. Really clean. Amelia was so welcoming and gave me lots of local information. You can easily walk into town or to the beach or Swanpool. Really handy to have a bus stop at the end of the lane. I took one to Helford Passage, crossed on the ferry and did a wonderful circular walk from Helford. Also visited Trebah and Glendurgen on the way back. I would really recommend a stay at Amelia’s and would love to come again!

Loved all the special features including the stained glass windows, special bath and classy pictures. And we completed 4 more days of the South West Coast Path, without any rain!

Abby was such a wonderful host!!! The property was spotless and she was so helpful answering any queries we had very quickly!!!! Very cosy place to stay, perfect for a couple!!!!! She also had a list of recommendations for places to eat, cafes and activities in the welcome pack which was super informative and had all the info we needed!!!! If I'm ever visiting the area again I'll 100% check to see if the carefree cottage is available!!!!!

Stayed in Cosy Annex for three nights. Wish we had stayed longer! Perfect! Just perfect! Best Airbnb ever! Can’t say enough about how perfect this Cosy Annex is. It had everything! And more! Maria is delightful, attentive and her attention to detail in the Cosy Annex is outstanding she really knows how to make you feel special and at home. Where else do you get a thoughtful goodies box to start your stay? In addition to the goody box there is plenty of coffee, sugar, tea bags, tea towels etc and that’s just in the kitchen!!! Bathrooms had everything you need, plenty of towels and robes ( what luxury! ) almost didn’t have to unpack my toiletries! Maria also had a picnic bag and blanket available for use!! Bed was comfy and had lovely fresh linen. Living room was cosy with a nice comfy sofa and a vase of fresh sunflowers greeted us on the cute dining table. The little patio was lovely, plenty of seating, plants and outside lighting to sit and enjoy a nice glass of wine. Book it!

Leanne's cottage was absolutely fantastic - a beautiful hidden gem with a stunning view across open fields. The bed was super comfortable and the little place had everything we could possibly have needed for our short stay near Falmouth. We will definitely be looking to stay when we are next in the area.
