Beautiful apartment and the town where it is located. The owner is very kind, always attentive to coordinate the check-in and check-out times of the dpto.

The apartment is just like the photos, large, beautiful balcony. To use grill/quincho you have to book 7 days in advance. We consulted the possibility of checking out a little later and there was no inconvenience.

Adrián is a wonderful host—always kind, helpful, and welcoming. I come to Buenos Aires almost every year, and I always choose to stay here. It truly feels like a home away from home. I’ll definitely be coming back again!

Marcia was nice and proud of her apartment. It was cute for sure and had most everything you needed. It was a tiny bit dark but otherwise a super cute place with a nice terrace, washer, kitchen. And bed was very comfortable

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Buenos Aires! The location was perfect—right in the heart of the city, with easy access to local restaurants, shops, and public transportation. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. I very much enjoyed my stay but after 2 weeks my back and hip experienced some soreness. The reason was due to the bed. Much too soft for me. So if you require a firm mattress this is not for you.

We had an excellent stay at Cecilia's apartment. I traveled with my partner and from the first moment we felt that we had made a very good choice. The value for money is unbeatable: the place is as shown in the photos, very clean, comfortable and perfect for resting after a long day in the city. Cecilia was very attentive and helpful, always ready to help us with whatever we needed. We felt very welcome. We recommend this place.

pretty good considering the cost and area

The apartment has a beautiful view of the river that I am going to miss a lot. I was really enjoying the pool in the three summer months. I am very grateful for the hangers and some things for my personal comfort. Eduardo is a very good person and the apartment is highly recommended. Wonderful stay. The area in the Chinatown is extremely interesting and quite safe. Thank you very much.

Horacio was receptive, extremely communicative, shared several places and activities that were happening and that the city offers. The apartment was clean and organized, as well as being well located.

Our stay was sensational! We were impressed with every detail and Adriana's care for us! Very helpful, flexible and friendly hostess. She gave us several nice and useful tips, as well as leaving several items so that we could have a good breakfast on arrival and have a great experience in the city. The apartment is very complete, it has everything we could need and more. Extremely clean, fragrant and well cared for, a love! Visit the Solarium, the view is beautiful! We highly recommend Adriana's apartment. It was undoubtedly one of our best experiences on Airbnb.

From the moment we arrived at the building, Ana Laura attended to us very kindly and guided us through the common areas, as well as the apartment and use of electronic devices (to be a little more independent during the stay). However, she was always open and/or attentive to any questions, very nice decoration, good location. Close to everything! A spectacular view, definitely one of my first choices for an upcoming trip 🫶🏻🇦🇷

Armonio's flat was lovely, with a bright kitchen and workplace and a beautiful terrace in the sun. It is very close to lots of Palermo restaurants, as well as some very well-known milongas, if dancing tango is your thing. Communication was amazing, Armonio was very responsive and accommodating, with loads of recommendations from travel tips to wine suggestions. I would certainly recommend staying here!

Everything fantastic in Katherine's apartment. In addition, the location is perfect for touring the downtown areas of the city, just a few blocks away from the obelisk and surrounded by businesses, cafes, bars and restaurants. I recommend it. EXCELLENT, RECOMMENDED!!! To highlight the attention and predisposition on the part of the hosts, Andrea and Juan Cruz, who maintained communication at all times, accommodating our arrival schedule and even waiting for us because the transfer was complicated. The apartment is super comfortable and functional, ideal for spending a few days in Buenos Aires, as you want to go out, explore and get to know the city. It has many very nice details, from the dishes and utensils to the decoration and lighting of the place. The location is exceptional, meters from 9 de Julio and a couple of blocks from the Obelisk, a very nice area, with theaters and restaurants. It is undoubtedly a place to consider for a future trip to Buenos Aires.

Everything was impeccable. Excellent coordination and communication. The neighborhood is charming, surrounded by classic still lifes and a nostalgic energy that makes you fall in love.

Although it is an old building, everything worked perfectly and its location allows access to qq lygar de bus metro or taxi. Jorge very attentive.
