The apartment is just like the photos, large, beautiful balcony. To use grill/quincho you have to book 7 days in advance. We consulted the possibility of checking out a little later and there was no inconvenience.

Adrián is a wonderful host—always kind, helpful, and welcoming. I come to Buenos Aires almost every year, and I always choose to stay here. It truly feels like a home away from home. I’ll definitely be coming back again!

Marcia was nice and proud of her apartment. It was cute for sure and had most everything you needed. It was a tiny bit dark but otherwise a super cute place with a nice terrace, washer, kitchen. And bed was very comfortable

We had an excellent stay at Cecilia's apartment. I traveled with my partner and from the first moment we felt that we had made a very good choice. The value for money is unbeatable: the place is as shown in the photos, very clean, comfortable and perfect for resting after a long day in the city. Cecilia was very attentive and helpful, always ready to help us with whatever we needed. We felt very welcome. We recommend this place.

The apartment is cozy and was clean. It's simple, but it had everything I needed. Our host Florencia was flexible and attentive to help with the best arrival and stay. The building structure has little acoustic insulation, so you will hear noise from the neighbors. The apartment is ideal for those who want to stay close to everything in the center for an affordable price in a comfortable stay.

Horacio was receptive, extremely communicative, shared several places and activities that were happening and that the city offers. The apartment was clean and organized, as well as being well located.

Fernando and Clara's apartment in Palermo Hollywood was the perfect place to stay while exploring Buenos Aires. The building itself is fantastic, with two pools, a sauna, gym and laundry onsite. There are also great restaurants, cafes, shops and bars in the neighborhood. The hosts were easy to communicate with and responded quickly when we had a question. They even worked with us on the check in/out times so we could get into the apartment after a long overnight flight. We would definitely stay with them again during our next trip to BA!

From the moment we arrived at the building, Ana Laura attended to us very kindly and guided us through the common areas, as well as the apartment and use of electronic devices (to be a little more independent during the stay). However, she was always open and/or attentive to any questions, very nice decoration, good location. Close to everything! A spectacular view, definitely one of my first choices for an upcoming trip 🫶🏻🇦🇷

Very comfortable apartment in a building with security. Located on the 29th floor, which gives it an excellent view of the city and the river, as well as not hearing the street noise. We found everything clean and Mariana always answered quickly to every question.

Hernan is the best! The place is a new building. Everything is as described and well equipped. Comfortable bed and sofa, as well as all tv entertainment that you can find. Hernan greeted us on the check-in and came to say goodbye on the checkout. Great communicator and very friendly. The area is very safe, walkable and close by public transportation. If you need a place to stay Hernan’s is your place, highly recommended.

The stay was super comfortable, we arrived by van and the parking space assigned to us was super spacious. The entry, cleaning, and exit system is a hotel. We appreciate the double-glazed openings and the 2 super spacious and comfortable beds. It is a very spacious room, much larger than average and you can see an update. I went with my partner and our baby and we slept very well. Being very detailed, there are always things to improve but it is a very good option. Facts: to the right of the accommodation there is a Havana with very good options for breakfast and to the left a parador with other more basic options. Another important point is that there is WiFi and that communication with Pepe is super super fluid and very quick to respond.

Everything was perfect. The apartment is very nice and Flor is an extremely attentive host. Recommended!

Ignacio and Paola were exceptional hosts: very attentive from the personalized check-in, explaining in detail the services of the place. We were greeted with water to drink and a couple of snaks, a gesture we really value after a long trip on a holiday and late at night. That was outstanding! The place has everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the price-benefit ratio was excellent. Although the building is under maintenance, the location is very convenient, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and supermarkets.

Excellent place with good connectivity. Quiet and safe. Supermarket, restaurants and cafes nearby. Chacabuco Park, a beautiful place. Everything was impeccable. Excellent coordination and communication. The neighborhood is charming, surrounded by classic still lifes and a nostalgic energy that makes you fall in love.

The location is the best, close to everything, you can walk to many places as well as take the subway and go to Palermo, Belgrano (Barrio Chino) etc. highly recommended with all the advertised amenities...Jorge is always attentive.

Marifa's place was fantastic. Better than I expected. The location was great, a quick walk (5 - 7 mins) to downtown, to a 24 hour grocery store, and to many cafes. The apartment itself was spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfy bed! The balcony was a great addition. The view was magical, and I really enjoyed having my morning coffees out there. Marifa, Rita (the superintendent), and Marifa's daughter Lucia are all very kind and lovely people. Great stay, thanks for everything!
