We offer a comfortable, independent, single-story cottage of nearly 90 m², with a hot tub and magnificent views of the Champsaur Valley. The gîte includes 2 bedrooms of 15 m² (161 sq. ft.), a large, fully equipped kitchen-living room, and a veranda. You will also enjoy a pleasant, south-facing outdoor area with a shaded terrace, a green space, children's games, and parking spaces.

Old stable completely transformed into a large vaulted room that can be compared to an atypical dwelling at the interface between a troglodyte space and a vaulted cellar. A large room with a 4-seater mezzanine bed for the whole family, romantic couple and/or group of friends wishing to come and spend some time in a quiet and mountain village. Authentic and rustic accommodation requiring blanket and slippers in winter, appreciable for its freshness in summer. Winter bring the peeled to pellet!

GITE DU VILLARD, built in an old barn

This single-story, recent, and unique cottage was built with high-quality materials: brushed larch, limewash, iron, and wood. With a glass opening overlooking the mountains without any neighbors in sight, relax in this QUIET and ELEGANT accommodation in the unspoiled and wild VALGAUDEMAR valley in the HAUTES-ALPES. Charming studio and terrace in hilltop village

Charming independent studio with grassy terrace, equipped for 2 people (sheets and towels provided) and located at 1040 m altitude in the village of Piégut (15 minutes from Tallard). The old house, restored in an ecological and authentic spirit, enjoys a pleasant environment and beautiful views of the mountains. Your entry is completely autonomous but, living on site, we will be happy to advise you on activities to do in the area if you wish.

Treehouse with private hot tub and stunning views

Perched on the heights of the village of La Bâtie-Neuve, CHALET L'ECUREUIL welcomes you to its cabin on stilts, a truly cozy nest on the edge of the forest, at the very back of the property, behind the main chalet occupied by the owners. You can access it via a charming 50-meter footpath and enjoy a magnificent view of the valley. Its 19 m² covered outdoor terrace has a fully private HOT TUB. Adults only. Infants and children are not allowed.

Le Balcon du Champsaur: the Autane gîte

The 75 m² Autane gîte of "Le balcon du Champsaur" is part of our old farm located in the hamlet of Les Richards overlooking the lively village of Pont du Fossé with its shops and services. Its dominant location allows it a unique view of the Champsaur Valley, the start of hikes at the gates of the Parc des Écrins, paragliding and a nearby climbing site. In winter, it is also a spot appreciated by cross-country skiers or snowshoe enthusiasts.

Authentic and quiet mountain accommodation

Old restored stone and wood barn in a very quiet mountain village. The house is south-facing, at an altitude of 1200 m, with a beautiful view from the garden. A mezzanine open to the living room and a wood-burning stove contribute to making the living room a warm place. Starting point for hiking or biking, the village is close to the Parc des Ecrins, 5 small ski resorts and 6 km from a Bourgs with many shops and services.

Studio for 2 to 4 people

For your stay in the mountains, a functional studio on the ground floor of our house, which can accommodate a couple or a small family. It is a quiet and sunny place, perfect for relaxation. Ideally located for hiking or ski resorts, swimming, farmers' markets, Golf Gap-Bayard 10 min, biking, etc. (Gap: 20 min, Saint Bonnet en Champsaur: 7 min) Please note, we do not provide bed sheets and bath towels.

Cozy attic studio.

This healing space is quietly located in the Parc des Écrins with a magnificent unobstructed view of the surrounding mountains from the bay window and terrace. We have preserved the charm of the old framework. The central beam is to be stepped over to move from the day space to the night space.
