Cheap but very comfortable. All rooms are equipped with airconds, pool is available, nice view and house is clean.

The unit was great for family with kids. They have prepare more than enough plain water (lots of it, ambient & cold) for us to drink. Rooms are kept very neat & tidy. Toilets are clean but may need a little more floor scrubbing (old stains are hard to remove but if you buy right solution & a good scrubbing, it will be pristine) Owner is very proactive in sharing the local restaurants which are very convenient, easy to access & tasty too! It was a very pleasant stay for us! Loved it!

The home is new and beautiful. All switches labeled (little added touch was nice). If you are looking to escape this is perfect! Just the right amount of seclusion. Kid friendly (loved the indoor mini pool) with the upstairs loft and outdoor play area. If you are online dependent, there is no WiFi, and coverage was spotty. But not an issue with us.

Had a wonderful stay! The bed was super comfy, the bathroom was clean, and the karaoke room was a great bonus. The pool was amazing too. The kitchen had all the cooking tools. Everything was just perfect. highly recommend!

Very friendly host, Uncle Syed. The house is very clean & is very peaceful. The yard is big. I had a wonderful stay here. Just wish there could be more power sockets inside the bedrooms. Overall 10/10 recommended 👍🏼⭐️

Good location however entrance from main road is a bit dark and easy to miss the juction. Towel prepared wasn't sufficient and was told that only 1 towel per room. Other than that everything else was ok

Homestay is very spacious and comfortable. Perfect for a holiday with a large family vacation. There are 2 comfortable toilets. There are 2 extra mattresses for sleeping in the living room if there aren't enough beds. Easy self check-in. The homestay is very clean and satisfying. The location is in the middle between Arau and Kangar. In 10 minutes to the city of Kangar. I'm really satisfied with choosing this homestay. Very worthwhile.

It's worth staying here after leaving thailand. Many good shops and grabs can arrive. Even in the grab the house is easy to find. Comfortable house with lots of room. Instruction is easy.
