Tiny Brickhouse in the Heart of Irosin

The Tiny Brickhouse was built in 2014 featuring an exterior brick façade, traditional Capiz sliding windows and old Yakal & Narra hardwood decor. In 2022, the space was remodeled to include modern amenities without compromising the old elements of the original design. With its close proximity with the major establishment around Irosin, the house was strategically designed as a comfortable retreat for guests visiting on business trip or families touring nearby springs, falls & beach resorts.

Tata Rock 4710. Brutalist-inspired Filipino home

Dagos tabi kamo sa Tata Rock 4710! An enclave beside the Lola Sayong compound, the overall design of the house is inspired by Brutalism owing to the greyish-white sands of the coastline of Buenavista beach. Many of the items in this space were repurposed and reused from our grandparents' ancestral houses and our family home in Pinontingan. We also want to live sustainably so most furnishings were sourced from local artisans, secondhand marketplaces, surplus stores, and even junk shops.

My place is best for families, couples as well as solo adventurers.
