Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Bulaq

I can't say enough good things about our stay at Houseboat65. I was there with five other folks - a couple & their two kids (8 & 11) and another single person. We had the three apartments on the second floor — perfect. I got lucky and slept in a gorgeous three-room space surrounded by windows, which filled the room with light. We spent a lot of time on the Nile-facing porches, chatting and having cocktails. It felt like our own little slice of calm and peace in busy Cairo. Jerome and the amazing Marie (we love you, Marie!) were beyond responsive: anything we needed (and that wasn't much: these spaces are well-stocked) or any time we needed assistance with luggage, etc., they were there in a flash. Marie served as our driver and top-notch tour guide for two days and wow - we felt so comfortable and well-taken care of. She knows the city so well and didn't hesitate to take us to some very far-flung locations. We can't WAIT to tell our friends about our stay and hope we get to come back!

My family and I had a great time staying at Ahmed’s place. The place was spacious and very comfortable and has a great view. It is very close to some wonderful restuarants which are all about 5 - 10 walk away. Ahmed was a great host and very prompt in responding to any questions I had. Definately worth the money. One point to raise and this is beyond Ahmed's control they closed the walk way along the Nile. Appears they doing some work so you could not use the walk way right next to the Nile. This did not destract from the great time we had. Would recommend this place.

Wonderful stay tucked back from the gate with plants all around. Our flight arrived late on New Year's Eve. Karim was a very gracious host who stayed up past midnight on new year's to welcome us.

The apartment matches the description and photos. Magnificent views of Cairo, excellent location, but there are questions about the bathroom, but I won't even take a star for that. I recommend it to everyone and I will gladly return

A beautiful place and a very cooperative host.

The flat is spacious with all the amenities we needed. The best part about this place is the locality- it got very lively in the evenings, with a lot of restaurant options and shops. Many ATMs were at a walkable distance. Our check in and check out were at odd times but Yousra was happy to accommodate us. Also a cute cat family lives by the main door, we were always happy to see them on our way in and out of the house.

The best apartment in Cairo, the area is busy but has a lot of life, many shops nearby, food, perfumes, shops, etc. The host's attention was outstanding, he was always on the lookout and had a lot of flexibility. Access may seem chaotic but it is totally normal in Cairo, the people who are in the building are friendly and respectful, the apartment is new, modern and comfortable. Totally recommended.

The apartment is large and very clean, far from the hustle and the noise , I saw two apartments with him all clean and beautiful The error but the apartment in the application does not correspond to the fact that Haitham sent the address of the apartment

The entrance is old, but the place is beautiful, tidy and very clean, there is an elevator, there are cameras, your neighbor in the floor is a law office, high safety and services are available around it. The grocery store is opposite the entrance to the building 24 hours, and the street itself has a bank and a police center. The police are sitting on the street from night to morning. The experience of living in the center of the country was one of the best experiences I have tried in Egypt. It is very ordinary sitting two days looking from the street exploring the places, markets and people that see you.

This is our third stay in this beautiful apartment - once before last year and then at the beginning and end of a sightseeing road trip from Cairo to Luxor to Hurghada and back to Cairo. It is such a beautiful apartment, with an amazing roof terrace. Yasser is always super helpful and it really does feel like a home away from home for us now. Can’t recommend this place highly enough ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️

Honestly, the location is very excellent and safe, the apartment is clean, the furniture is clean, and the host's treatment was very wonderful and in the best taste. I recommend the place, especially for families who love privacy and tranquility. There are all services under the building, and there is a very wonderful 24-hour café where you can spend the best nights.

Hoda was an amazing host! She was extremely kind, responsive, and made our stay in Cairo so much easier with her excellent recommendations for tours and restaurants. The flat is in a fantastic location, on a safe and quiet street, and it was impeccably clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. It felt like a home away from home. If you are visiting El Cairo, this Airbnb is the perfect place to stay. Highly recommend!

This must have been one of the most beautiful AirBnBs I've ever stayed in. High ceilings, well curated decor, quality furnishings in an apartment sited in a charming building with famous past residents of Egypt high society. We stayed 1 week as a family and had lots of space to navigate, and discover many unique art pieces and details in the space. Garden City was lovely for walking around and a central point for exploring both Cairo and Giza. The neighbourhood was very busy with lots of honking heard throughout the day, but truly this is hard to avoid in Cairo. Plus there was a neat noise machine in the room for those who may need -- a lovely touch! Only frustration was the hot water in the shower, as it was gas-powered and quite tricky maintaining a consistently warm shower. Nevertheless, Charlene was very helpful in trouble-shooting and following up on our comfort levels. Overall, I very much appreciated the thoughtful details and soft place to rest in Cairo.
