Apartment holiday rentals in Bulcock Beach

My stay at Mark’s beautiful apartment was an absolute pleasure. I was in need of an easy and peaceful get away and that was exactly what I had. The communication and instructions with Mark were clear, easy and friendly. The apartment offers magical views, cleanliness, the most wonderfully comfiest couch, a well stocked kitchen and pantry and two beaches (plus a number of eating venues) on either sides within a few minutes walk. I’m very much looking forwards to returning in the future.

We had a wonderful weekend away for 5 ladies staying here. Even on a rainy day there was lots of room inside for us to do jigsaws, play board games and eat the yummy food from nearby bakeries and cafes. it's a 15 minute walk into town which is perfect after we'd been eating too many croissants and canoli from Cafe Sicily up the road in the other direction. Beautiful views. Great communication with hostess Julie. Just make sure you take basic kitchen food like salt and pepper and oil, and cling wrap/alfoil if you like to cook. We didn't realise it wasn't provided but fortunately Woolies is a 5 minute walk away. Highly recommended.

What a wonderful airbnb experience! My wife, 2yo daughter and myself stayed at Caroline and Audrey's place for 3 nights. I couldn't recommend it more highly! Especially for families with young children. Here are some of the highlights: - Responsive, proactive, thoughtful and super helpful host. The perfect Airbnb host! - The apartment was perfect. Clean, full amenities, great view, comfortable, homely. Lock up garage for the car, good security, lovely balcony overlooking the water to have nice meals. - The location was fantastic. Right on the beach, near great coffee (Aurenda), close to Bulcock street etc. We'll definitely be back! Thanks again :)

Bree was a great host. She was really easy to communicate with and quick to respond. The apartment was pristine and very modern with everything you could possibly need for a weekend up the coast. The apartment is very clean and well styled, I don't think the photos do it justice. It's also super close to the beach and restaurants making it the perfect apartment for a weekend on the coast. Thanks so much for having us.

This place was an absolute gem! Felt like we accidentally walked into someone’s super cozy, beautifully set-up home — and decided to stay (with permission, of course). The kitchen had everything you could think of — seriously, we didn’t need a thing. The whole place just felt warm, inviting, and ridiculously comfortable. Like a big comforting hug in house form. The location was perfect too — close to everything, but quiet enough to unwind. 10/10 would happily move in if they’d let us!

The stay was great. We were walking distance to Kings Beach precinct. The flat was a great “beach” experience, definitely got the 80s vibe with a modern twist. Gorgeous ocean views. This is definitely one we will come back to.

We had such a nice stay here—literally just a block from the beach and a variety of restaurants. The place was clean, comfy, and had everything we needed. The host was awesome—super easy to communicate with and quick to respond!

We stayed 2 nights at Stuart’s place and it didn’t disappoint. Close to eatery’s, beach and park. The apartment was stylish and elegant and very modern along with the spectacular view of the ocean.

We had a fantastic 3-night stay over Easter at this beautifully located apartment in Caloundra. The location is hard to beat - walking distance to several stunning, patrolled beaches and surrounded by great cafes and a lovely, relaxed neighbourhood vibe. The apartment itself was spotless, comfortable, and really well stocked with everything we needed—especially in the kitchen, which made it easy to cook a few meals. The ocean view from the balcony was gorgeous, but the real highlight was the rooftop terrace - absolutely perfect for a scenic BBQ with breathtaking views. The managing agency was also excellent, very responsive, friendly, and helpful from start to finish, which made the whole experience seamless and stress-free. Would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a coastal escape with all the comforts of home. We’d love to come back!

Great location , quite and clean

I’ve spend 3 nights in this unit with 6 of my girlfriends, we do this annually for the past 25 years. This unit is one of the very best places we ever stayed in. This Unit felt very homely, it has only 4 floors and was very quiet. It has 3 bathrooms plus extra toilet. All the furniture and the beds were very comfortable. The big balcony / rooftop had an eating area with bbq and wine fridge, whilst the other side of the Balcony had a lovely sitting area. Unfortunately the weather was not great for us to use the outside at all. The kings beach tavern, plus cafes are only 700 meters walk away, it had great meals and wonderful live music. We would love to stay in this unit again, there’s absolutely nothing to complain about. Fantastic place. Thank you

Tracey’s place was a masterclass interior design and layout. Really enjoyed our time here . Great location and aspect. Tracey was very responsive also dealt with a small issue quickly for us . Would love return someday . Cheers George and Helen

A great location and our kids loved the pool and waterslide. The surf club across the road was perfect for an easy and delicious dinner or coffee/smoothie and the beach was beach was beautiful. A great stay!

This was a great little find. We only spent one night there but it was very children friendly and we’d love to come back.

We had the best time at Tracy’s place! The location and access to the water and resort facilities is fantastic. Such a gorgeous view - we were lucky to see kangaroos on the lake right outside every afternoon! One of the best I have stayed at. Tracy’s communication is great and incredibly responsive and the apartment was very clean. Super easy check in process. I would love to stay again and definitely recommend!

We had a great time staying here! the apartment was perfectly set-up, styled, close to town, easy to access. The hosts were super quick responding to any questions and extremely helpful. Will definitely be back next time we are in Coolum Beach!

Robbie was great to deal with from the start. The room was really good for us and the resort facilities beautifully maintained. The pools were lovely to swim in and bbq area clean. Off street parking is always a bonus. Opposite the beach was a great location but Sunshine coast is a little busy for us. Would we stay again. Yes could as it’s close to family.

We had an awesome family weekend at Doug's place. The location and views were perfect and it's a prime spot to watch the rising sun. There are bars and takeaway in close proximity and the apartment is also well stocked. We'll definitely look to book again.

John has been the most wonderful and responsive host. John’s unit is as described and photographed - exceptionally clean, beautifully renovated, top quality appliances, great beds and linen, huge array of kitchen and cookware etc. Everything has been thought of to make the perfect stay! The beach is through the nearby gorgeous sandy track, swim flags nearby, and the building facilities are great. We already love this part of the coast - walks up Mt Coolum and enjoying long lunches at The Boat Shed. We highly recommend John as a 5 star and exceptional host - he has been amazingly responsive when needed - we look forward to future stays at his beautiful home. 😊⭐️🏖️☀️
