💖 A cozy, pastel-colored tiny home tucked away on 15 shared acres in Louisville. This 30ft home on wheels was built with heart and purpose, offering a quiet place to unwind while still being in the city. It’s a compact space with the basics you need for a short stay. This is not a luxury rental but a personal project that my dad and I built it during COVID after I lost my job. Using mostly reclaimed and recycled materials, this space became both my creative outlet and a fresh start.🌙🌿

The Honey Hole Loft

Nice OLDER Apt. while I think it has charm this building was buiIt in 1900 and the walls and parts of the loft are old in this 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath with Laundry Room in Bathroom. Has a Couch and Futon in the Den. Nice Large Bathroom with Shower and Tub. Full Nice Kitchen. Nice Deck with Beautiful Downtown View. Someone could sleep on the couch, but this is more definitely more suitable for 2 people. A honey hole (or honeyhole) is slang for a location that yields a valued commodity.

Charming 4BR w/ Fire Pit + Next to Barton 1792

At this spacious bourbon-lover’s basecamp, you’ll be close enough to breathe in the angel’s share from the rickhouses at Barton 1792—but far enough to sleep soundly after a full day of tastings. Enjoy your coffee on the porch before heading to downtown Bardstown for the day (just a mile away). Back home, flip through curated bourbon reads, fire up the smokeless fire pit, and pour a flight to enjoy under the stars. A cozy, comfortable home base for enjoying the best of bourbon country.

My Old Kentucky Dome

An elevated camping “glamping” experience. This brand-new one of a kind geodesic dome is located on a private road that leads you to an overlook featuring one of the most beautiful countryside views in Kentucky. While this getaway experience is nestled deep in the woods, it is also a close drive to all the conveniences you can imagine. This is an off the grid outdoor experience with a ½ mile gravel road including a steep hill. AWD or 4WD advised.

“Crossroads” connecting Louisville and Bardstown

This apartment is good for couples, solo adventurer and business travelers. It is 10 miles south of Louisville, 18 miles north of Bardstown, 18 miles west of Taylorsville Lake and 1 hr away from Lexington. It is close to a very cool park, The Parklands, where you can hike, bike and kayak. The apartment is centrally located in the “crossroads” of several really cool communities in horse country, Kentucky.
