Perfect for couples, it features a full kitchen, bath, queen bed, a spacious porch, beautiful antique stained glass windows, a private outdoor soaking tub (Apr-Nov) on a 7 acre hobby farm. This 240sq ft cottage offers big living in a tiny space. The cottage is on our 2 acre property that is used for a hobby farm and primary residence. The cottage features luxury vinyl flooring, granite counter tops and an updated farm house feel. The queen size bed is sure to provide the right amount of comfort. When you wake up, walk on over and grab a cup of coffee from the keurig. Enjoy a walk around to see the goats and chickens before heading off for the day.

Historic home attic converted to a private 3rd floor apartment, featuring private kitchen and bathroom. Located just two blocks from what many would agree is the best park in Springfield, with a pond, a botanical garden, tennis courts, a playground, and nice roads to run, walk, bike, or skate on. We are also very close to downtown as well as other commercial areas. This space is on the 3rd floor with private access from outdoor stairs and keypad entry.

We are about 5 miles from Clinton where there are many fun places to go and theres also many restaurants to enjoy a good meal at. we are also 5 miles from Clinton Lake which has a beach and a great restaurant.
